★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 30/09/2020 minha filha foi ver resultado dos meus exames, sou tetraplégica e a locomoção não ajuda . A funcionária Sheila marcou às 11hrs para estar lá. Minha filha foi com a filha de 6 meses e não foi atendida. A citada acima juntamente com a chefe da Unidade denominada PAULA falaram para ela me sedar e chamar o SAMU ATÉ PASSARAM O NOME DO SEDATIVO. PODE ISSO?. Assim me levariam a SANTA CASA. OUTRA NUNCA ATEMDEM O TELEFONE.
Today 09/30/2020 my daughter went to see the results of my exams, I am a quadriplegic and locomotion does not help. Employee Sheila made an appointment at 11 am to be there. My daughter went with her 6-month-old daughter and was not seen. The one mentioned above together with the head of the Unit called PAULA told her to sedate me and call SAMU UNTIL THE SEDATIVE'S NAME PASSED. CAN THIS ?. So they would take me to SANTA CASA. ANYONE NEVER ATTEMPT THE PHONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais que nao conseguem atender a demanda da atual situacao de maneira devida. Preferem conversar na sombra do que atender as pessoas que estao esperando no sol. Muito mal organizado, me informaram para a fila incorreta e depois falaram que nao haveria a dose.
Professionals who are not able to meet the demand of the current situation properly. They prefer to talk in the shade than to meet people who are waiting in the sun. Very poorly organized, they told me to go to the wrong line and then said that there would be no dose.
