★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que compareci ao posto não fui atendido. Sempre pedem para voltar no outro dia, quando eu questionei isso a atendente ela me disse para reclamar com o gerente, totalmente grossa e mal educada.
Every time I attended the clinic, I was not attended. They always ask to come back the other day, when I questioned this the attendant told me to complain to the manager, totally rude and rude.

Excellent care, I took my 4-month-old son to be vaccinated and we were very well cared for. Nurse Barbara who administered the vaccine is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por Ana, o nome já diz tudo: Graciosa, cheia de graça. Em todas minhas idas em outros postos de saúde, nunca vi uma funcionária te atender com tanto carinho, respeito e humanidade.
Gostaria de registrar como foi atenciosa, paciente e competente pra aplicar as vacinas. Que Deus continue abençoando e prosperando as obras de suas mãos.
Fui vacinar meus 2 filhos (RN 15 dias e criança 4 anos).
I was attended by Ana, the name says it all: Graceful, full of grace. In all my visits to other health posts, I have never seen an employee attend you with such affection, respect and humanity.
I would like to record how attentive, patient and competent she was to give the vaccines. May God continue to bless and prosper the works of his hands.
I went to vaccinate my 2 children (RN 15 days and child 4 years).

ESTOU GESTANTE DE 7 MESES, 10H EM JEJUM E ME DERAM UMA SENHA NORMAL.
E DEPOIS DE CONTESTAR QUE QUERIA PREFERENCIAL A MOÇA DISSE QUE NAO PRECISAVA E QUE "A NORMAL ESTAVA INDO MAIS RAPIDO". (O QUE É OBVIO QUE NAO ACONTECEU).
A ESPERA PARA SER ATENDIDO É DE NO MÍNIMO 2H.
O LOCAL É EXTREMAMENTE IMUNDO (tem barata por todo lado) E NAO COMPORTA TODAS AS PESSOAS!!!!!
SE PUDEREM, NAO VENHAM PARA ESSE LUGAR.
THIS PLACE URGENTLY NEEDS TO RE-EVALUATE EVERYTHING!!!
I AM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT, 10 HOURS FASTING AND I HAVE BEEN GAVE A NORMAL PASSWORD.
AND AFTER ANSWERING THAT SHE WANTED PREFERENTIAL, THE GIRL SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T NEED IT AND THAT "NORMAL WAS GOING FASTER". (WHICH OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T HAPPEN).
THE WAIT TO BE ATTENDED IS AT LEAST 2 HOURS.
THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY FILTHY (there are cockroaches everywhere) AND DOES NOT BELIEVE ALL PEOPLE!!!!!
IF YOU CAN, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fico imaginando que quem está fazendo elogios não faz o uso da UBS Bernardo Monteiro com frequência. Esta para nascer uma equipe mais despreparada e mais sem empatia com o próximo, pensam que estão fazendo um favor para nós, esquecem que quem paga o salário deles somos nós! Todos sem nenhuma exceção são extremamente sem educação e grosseiros. A prefeitura deveria fazer uma peneiragem melhor com os profissionais que escolhem para fazer o atendimento de uma maioria de idosos e crianças, não pagamos impostos para chegar em uma ubs e ouvir desaforo de funcionário desqualificado!
I keep imagining that those who are giving compliments don't use UBS Bernardo Monteiro very often. A team is about to be born that is more unprepared and more lacking in empathy with others, they think they are doing us a favor, they forget that we are the ones who pay their wages! All without exception are extremely uneducated and rude. The city hall should do a better screening with professionals who choose to care for a majority of the elderly and children, we do not pay taxes to arrive at a ub and listen to disgrace from a disqualified employee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou maravilhada com o atendimento das recepcionista as médicas e as demais pessoas que trabalha nesse posto de saúde, todas muito educadas prestativas, onde eu morava tinha pavor de ir no posto de saúde por causa das meninas eram muito mal educadas. Vcs estão de parabéns, continuem assim. Deus abençoe cada dia mais cada uma de vcs. Obrigada pelo atendimento de sempre. ♥️?
I am amazed at the service from the receptionists, the doctors and the other people who work at this health center, all of them very polite and helpful, where I lived I was terrified of going to the health center because the girls were very rude.
