★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes fica muito disperso,,não prestam atenção,,as pessoas chegam,e ficam esperando mas 1hs,aí vc vai no balcão ,mostra a senha daí eles chamam ,,,e não e porque e pandemia não !!!!!!já era assim.
The attendants are very dispersed ,, they don’t pay attention, people arrive, and they wait for more than 1 hour, then you go to the counter, show the password, then they call ,,, and no, and not because the pandemic !!!!!! it was already like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O posto abre 7 horas você chega e só vai abrir 8 horas porque eles não colocam um comunicado dizendo que vai abrir mas tarde porque quem passa na frente vai ver temos que ficar esperando uma hora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa UBS é boa em alguns pontos e deixa a desejar em muitos outros. As enfermeiras ficam a maioria do tempo conversando e demoram para chamar o paciente. Hoje mesmo, fiquei uma hora aguardando para ser atendida para no final, ir embora sem atendimento, pois elas demoraram para iniciar a chamada e não é porque estavam ocupadas e sim porque estavam conversando, tive que ir na recepção perguntar por elas e que horas iria iniciar o atendimento pois até o momento não tinha nchamado ninguém.
This UBS is good in some points and leaves much to be desired in many others. Nurses talk most of the time and take a long time to call the patient. Just today, I was waiting for an hour to be answered in the end, to leave without answering, because they took a long time to start the call and it is not because they were busy but because they were talking, I had to go to the reception to ask for them and what time I would go start the service because, until now, I had not called anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, funcionários educados e cordiais sempre, a demora no atendimento eu entendo que eles atendem muito mais pessoas do que a unidade comporta, mas estão o tempo todo preocupados em atender e zelar pela saúde das pessoas. Eu acho que as pessoas deveriam ser mais gratas pelo atendimento a saúde aqui na cidade Tiradentes, em outros bairros não se consegue pronto atendimento, remédios disponíveis, emergências odontológicas, tudo num lugar e de graça.
Good service, polite and friendly employees at all times, the delay in service I understand that they serve many more people than the unit can handle, but they are all the time concerned with serving and ensuring people's health. I think people should be more grateful for health care here in Tiradentes city, in other neighborhoods you can't get emergency care, medicines available, dental emergencies, all in one place and for free.
