 I ALWAYS get assistance, but it would improve if the unit had more doctors, usually there is only one, which causes delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar uma vacina e simplesmente prepararam outra SEM ME PERGUNTAR se eu queria tomar e já iam aplicar SEM ME COMUNICAR qual vacina estavam aplicando, eu acho isso um absurdo.
I went to get a vaccine and they simply prepared another one WITHOUT ASKING ME if I wanted to take it and they were going to apply it WITHOUT COMMUNICATING which vaccine they were applying, I think this is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro, entenda: os funcionários fazem milagres a saúde pública é sucateada no país todo.
Em relação ao que eles podem fazer acredito que fazem até mais, são prestativos e dispostos.
Vacinação, preventivo e exames de DSTs e clínico geral são os serviços que vi funcionando por lá.
Recomendo sempre ligar antes de ir, eles demoram mais atendem podem insistir.
First, understand: employees work miracles public health is scrapped across the country.
Regarding what they can do I believe they do even more, they are helpful and willing.
Vaccination, preventive and STD exams and general practitioner are the services I saw working there.
I always recommend calling before going, they take longer, they can insist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falam que o horário de vacinas COVID é na parte da manhã, mas se vc chega 11:10 horas não dão mais , só no dia seguinte, até onde sei até 11:59 é considerado manhã ainda!
They say that the time for COVID vaccines is in the morning, but if you arrive at 11:10 am, they don't give you more, only the next day, as far as I know, until 11:59 is still considered morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, dificilmente vc consegue uma consulta, o telefone vc morre ligando e não atendem, até para dá uma informação é de cara feia,não querem trabalhar dê espaço para quem realmente precisa de trabalho e tem amor pela profissão.
Horrible service, you hardly get an appointment, the phone you die calling and they don't answer, even to give information, they don't want to work, give space to those who really need work and have a love for the profession.
