★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador recente do Morro do Algodão, eu e minha esposa somos cadastrados neste posto de saúde, o primeiro atendimento foi bom, passámos em consulta com clínico que solicitou exames de laboratórios , feito a coleta para os exames. Até aí foi Tranquilino, bom atendimento, e hoje as 16:50já ao ir retirar os exames perguntei a uma atendente onde era o local de retirada, porém a mesma com semblante de reprovação falou" o horário de retirada é das 15:00hs até 16:30hs", questionei a quê no papel quê me deram para retirar os exames só contava apartir das 15:00hs, não tendo horário de término.
I am a recent resident of Morro do Algodão, my wife and I are registered at this health center, the first service was good, we went to a consultation with a clinician who requested laboratory tests, collected for the exams. So far it was Tranquilino, good service, and today at 4:50 pm, when I went to take the exams, I asked an attendant where the place of withdrawal was, but the same one with a disapproving face said "the withdrawal time is from 15:00 until 16:00 :30hs", I asked what in the paper they gave me to withdraw the exams only counted from 15:00hs, with no end time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, há empatia no atendimento médico e esclarecedores, tem farmácia, dentista, a recepção há pessoas educadas, o corpo de enfermagem são maravilhosos no que se refere a injeção, curativos em tudo mais e olha k já passei meus bocados e fui muito bem atendida.
Very good service, there is empathy in medical care and clarifiers, there is a pharmacy, a dentist, there are educated people at the reception, the nursing staff are wonderful when it comes to the injection, dressings in everything else and look, I already spent my mouthfuls and I was very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos e as atendentes foram maravilhosos, apenas uma enfermeira mal educada e tratando mal as pessoas porém na maioria até o tempo de espera foi razoável considerando a estrutura.
Doctors and attendants were wonderful, just a poorly educated nurse and treating people badly but for the most part even the waiting time was reasonable considering the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero agradecer as auxiliares de enfermagem que são muito bem informadas e fazem o máximo pra ajudar,ao contrário de alguns da recepção que trabalham com má vontade e com informações erradas jogando o paciente de um lado para o outro .
I want to thank the nursing assistants who are very well informed and do their best to help, unlike some at the reception who work with ill will and with wrong information throwing the patient from one side to the other.

Mesmo depois de negativas de três outras atendentes, ela agiu de forma solidária e resolveu a questão. Estou muito grata! Exemplo de profissional da saúde! ?
I want to thank the excellent service given by the Nursing Assistant Rita de Cassia Bernardes Faria Gonçalves here at UBS Morro do Algodão who helped me in the face of an unforeseen event, I needed to take exams and the guides were not in my documentation.
