★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 03/01 falta de médicos , no painel mostram três nomes de médicos porém uma única sala chama para o atendimento. Recepção com informações divergentes e quando questionadas foram mal educadas nas respostas. O mínimo que se pede é que se tenha respeito com os pagadores de impostos. E o aceitável seria que os médicos estivessem trabalhando. Menos do que isso é total descaso com a população e mau uso do dinheiro público
Day 1/3 lack of doctors, the panel shows three names of doctors but a single room calls for assistance. Reception with divergent information and when questioned they were rude in their responses. The least that is asked for is to have respect for taxpayers. And what would be acceptable would be that the doctors were working. Less than that is total neglect of the population and misuse of public money

Dois meses pra passar em consulta com clinico, mais um mês para sair resultado de exames, mais dois meses para marcar consulta novamente. A enfermeira responsável tinha solicitado um encaixe pra minha filha hoje, cheguei lá o Dr Juan não estava segundo a recepcionista e ninguém podia atende-la para ver os exames, nem a enfermeira que também atende os pacientes no lugar do médico. Descaso total. Sem pediatra, sem clinico, nem enfermeira pode atender. Melhor fechar logo e parar de fazer o povo de besta
Poor service at reception. There is no doctor even to attend to children with altered exams. Two months to spend in consultation with a clinic, another month to get test results, another two months to make an appointment again. The nurse in charge had requested a fitting for my daughter today, I arrived there, Dr Juan was not there according to the receptionist and no one could see her to see the exams, nor the nurse who also attends the patients in the doctor's place. Total disregard. No pediatrician, no clinic, no nurse can attend. Better close soon and stop making the beast people

Fiz exame de sangue DUAS vezes no começo desse ano , e por duas vezes o resultado do exame saiu com a data do ano retrasado .....
Ou seja andam me dando exames do ano 2019 e estamos no ano 2021.....
Que descaso.....

I had a blood test TWICE earlier this year, and twice the test result came out with the date of the year before .....
In other words, they are giving me exams for the year 2019 and we are in the year 2021 .....
What a neglect .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Enfermeiras despreparadas, deixaram cair todo o xixi da minha filha depois de esperar horas para coletar. Se recusaram a passar o resultado do hemograma que colheram (que por sinal foi uma luta para colher, enfermeira não conseguia). A pediatra não relou um dedo na minha filha, não examinou clinicamente, foi direto pedindo urina e hemograma, e por fim, não consegui o resultado de nenhum dos dois. Uma droga. Pessoas desumanas que trabalham na área da saúde. Péssimos e grossos.
Terrible attendance. Unprepared nurses, they dropped all my daughter's pee after waiting hours to collect. They refused to pass on the result of the blood test they had collected (which, by the way, was a struggle to collect, the nurse was unable to). The pediatrician did not report a finger on my daughter, did not examine it clinically, went straight for urine and blood count, and finally, I did not get the result of either. A drug.
