★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial é bom , mais o telefone só serve pra enfeite pois agente já liga pra evitar aglomerações pra pedir informações eles não atendem aí agente tem que sair de casa par ir até o local procurar pela informação que poderia ser dada por telefone assim evitando as pessoas de perderem seu tempo indo até lá ????
The face-to-face service is good, but the phone only serves as an ornament because the agent already calls to avoid crowding to ask for information, they don't answer, then the agent has to leave the house to go to the place to look for the information that could be given by phone, thus avoiding the people to waste their time going there ????

Bad service there is never a doctor every time I need it I arrive at the reception there is no vacancy, there is never a vacancy for anything I live next door I never got an appointment. awful awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro em Aracaju 12 anos , um posto de saúde sem um mínimo de profissionalismo, e pior a tarde atendimento horrível e quando chegamos precisando de um atendimento o pessoa falar só com fixa ou seja , pessoa não pode ficar doente. Problema que sempre eles manda ir para urgência e a farmácia quando dá 3 hrs ou até mesmo 4 hrs já fechou . Sendo que postinho fechar 6 hrs da noite. Poucas pessoas que se salvar no atendimento do postinho.
I live in Aracaju for 12 years, a health center without a minimum of professionalism, and worse in the afternoon, horrible service and when we arrive in need of care, the person only talks to fixed lines, that is, the person cannot get sick. Problem that they always send to the emergency room and the pharmacy when it's 3 hrs or even 4 hrs has already closed. Being that the post closes at 6 pm. Few people save themselves in the service of the health post.
