★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei com garganta inflamada, sem febre, sem dor, depois de "achar" um responsável porque não tinha ninguém na recepção, a pessoa que se apresentou como secretária do posto falou que eu estava com covid , não recebi atenção, só desculpa esfarrapada, tive que ir no hospital de covid pra chegar lá ê: "garganta inflamada somente !" 36 graus ! Sem covid !" nem precisou de teste eu estava com 98% densidade pulmonar, ótima! Mas a má vontade de fazer uma triagem é lei aqui !
Ainda me falaram e eu Ressalto: "sem sintomas nenhum de covid !" , elas falaram que tinham que preencher duas folhas de relatórios de "covid" que levariam 40 minutos e não tinham condição de fazer naquele horário 15:20! "Agora o paciente que tem que se preocupar pq falta exatos 40 minutos pra fechar ??
Fato: Não tinha mais NENHUM PACIENTE esperando !!!
Além dessa pessoa tinha uma médica e contei mais umas 3 mulheres andando la dentro e ninguém dava informação, sem falar que fomos recebidos do lado de fora por um senhor sem identificação que deve ser uma especie de " guarda" sentado na calçada e que ficou chamando " alguém disponível de la de dentro ate aparecer a tal secretária !!!

Não recomendo nem pra tirar dúvida, afinal nem vai ter ninguém pra te atender !!!
Bad service, I arrived with a sore throat, no fever, no pain, after "finding" a person in charge because there was no one at the reception, the person who introduced himself as the unit's secretary said I had a covid, I didn't receive attention, I'm just sorry ragged, I had to go to the covid hospital to get there ê: "sore throat only!" 36 degrees! No covid !" I didn't even need a test I had 98% lung density, great! But the unwillingness to do a screening is the law here!
They still spoke to me and I emphasize: "no symptoms of covid at all!" , they said they had to fill out two sheets of "covid" reports that would take 40 minutes and they couldn't do it at that time of 15:20! "Now the patient who has to worry because it's exactly 40 minutes before closing ??
Fact: There were NO PATIENTS waiting anymore!!!
Besides this person there was a doctor and I counted 3 more women walking inside and nobody gave any information, not to mention that we were greeted outside by an unidentified man who must be a kind of "guard" sitting on the sidewalk and who kept calling "someone available from within until such a secretary appears !!!"
BAD... BAD... BAD
I don't even recommend it to clarify doubts, after all there won't be anyone to attend to you!!!
