★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local e bom mas as recepicionistas estao sempre de mau humor e de cara emburrada.tem um enfermeira de oculos que fica na farmacia que se acha a diretora chefe do Albert Einstein .trata todo mundo mal.e olha os pacientes com desprezo. E fica redicando remedio como se fosse dela Ja fiz denuncia no 156 mas nao deu em nada.
Local and good but the receptionists are always in a bad mood and frowning. There is an eyeglass nurse who is in the pharmacy who is the chief director of Albert Einstein. He treats everyone badly. He looks at patients with contempt. And she writes remedy as if it were hers. I made a complaint at 156 but it came to nothing.

As atendentes são sem educação, não tem respeito as pessoas que estão aguardando, não estou reclamando cafezinho mas respeito. Enquanto as pessoas aguardam elas simplesmente estão de conversa fiada e brincadeira ridículo
I think that people who work in health centers or UBS should work like people who work in private companies. The attendants are rude, they have no respect for the people who are waiting, I'm not complaining about coffee but respect. While people wait they're just chatting and joking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento dessa UBS,as recepcionistas são coladas na cadeira não conseguindo sair para perguntar em outros setores enfim não ajudam em nada,a moça que infelizmente não peguei o nome dela ela é da vacina falta com respeito grita com as pessoas acha que ser servidora pública a faz dona da UBS,ah detalhe ela faz horário a mais de café TB,pq ela tem 15 minutos eu a esperei 22 min,se fosse qualquer serviço privado nunca que ela faria isso.Mas o pior de tudo ela me tratou como se fosse um lixo como se ela fosse uma autoridade naquele lugar,gente que horror foi ter ido nessa UBS, estou acostuma com a UBS do vista Verde onde trabalham funciona que respeitam as pessoas e as tratam muito bem. Me chamo Roberta Kelly Rodrigues.decepciona com pessoas desse tipo.
Terrible service from this UBS, the receptionists are glued to the chair, unable to go out to ask in other sectors, in short, they don't help at all, the girl who unfortunately didn't get her name, she's from the vaccine, lacks respect screams at people who thinks being a public servant makes her the owner of the UBS, oh detail, she works extra coffee hours TB, because she has 15 minutes I waited for her 22 minutes, if it was any private service, she would never do that. But worst of all, she treated me as if I were rubbish as if she were an authority in that place, people what a horror it was to have gone to that UBS, I'm used to the UBS of vista Verde where they work, they respect people and treat them very well.
