A obstetra “Carla” por exemplo, fui na unidade 2 x do mesmo dia, pois marcaram, e ela simplesmente faz ligação horas antes e avisa que não vai .. deixando a cidadã brasileira de mãos atadas. Falta de respeito e compromisso com as pessoas!
The unit should have more commitment to the population. The obstetrician “Carla”, for example, went to the unit 2 times the same day, because they had an appointment, and she simply calls hours before and warns that she won't .. leaving the Brazilian citizen with her hands tied. Lack of respect and commitment to people!
