★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hj 07.03.2022, nesta ubs, pois bem fui a primeira vez umas 14.00 horas não tinha infermeira nem médico, a recepção pediu q voltasse mais tarde ok , daí fui na upa fui atendida ,fui mordida por cachorro e hj está com 11dias precisava tirar os pontos q o médico pediu e está um pouco inflamado, voltando da upa passei novamente , quando perguntei se já havia infermeiro ,a senhora Dora a mesma é técnica de enfermagem me informou q a enfermeira estava ocupada, me perguntou qual era o atendimento eu falei, a mesma disse que não tinha material esterelizados. E que ela não faria por ser técnica , atendimento péssimo não sei porque escolheram essa profissão distratam maltratam.
I went today 07.03.2022, in this ubs, well I went the first time around 14.00 hours there was no nurse or doctor, the reception asked me to come back later ok, then I went to the upa I was attended, I was bitten by a dog and today it is 11 days old I needed remove the stitches that the doctor asked for and it is a little inflamed, coming back from the upa I went through it again, when I asked if there was already a nurse, Mrs. she said she didn't have sterilized material. And that she wouldn't do it because she was a technician, terrible service, I don't know why they chose this profession, they distract, they mistreat.
