★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é ruim mas demora é surpreendente desesperadora e sem contar a falta de comunicação. A pessoa chega 8h30 e as 10h 50 não teve atendimento com suspeita de covid.
 The service is not bad but the delay is surprisingly desperate and not to mention the lack of communication. The person arrives at 8:30 am and at 10:50 am had no care with suspected covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência, foi muito ruim, pq ninguém explica nada, ninguém sabe de nada, e o pior ninguém atende o telefone, a agente de saúde a pior... Eles tem que ter mais empatia com as outras pessoas.
My experience was very bad, because nobody explains anything, nobody knows anything, and the worst thing is nobody answers the phone, the health worker the worst... They have to have more empathy with other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento atencioso. Sem filas p tomar vacina Covid. Enfermeira (Simone) aplica vacina sem a gente sentir nada, ótima ! Lugar limpo.
Attentive service. No queues to get Covid vaccine. Nurse (Simone) administers the vaccine without us feeling anything, great! Clean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento . Minha esposa teve uma queda e fomos na unidade passou por enfermeiro e depois ortopedista fez raio X chegamos por volta de 10 hs da manhã e saímos 13 hs atendimento melhor que particular Parabéns a equipe
Excellent service. My wife had a fall and we went to the unit, she was seen by a nurse and then an orthopedist did an X-ray, we arrived around 10 am and we left at 1 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários mal educados e visivelmente despreparados para trabalhar com pessoas, tratam as pessoas mal como se elas estivessem pedindo um favor.
Em momento de pandemia não passam informações simples por telefone, pedem para as pessoas saírem de suas residências e irem até a UBS para qualquer informação, ou seja, nessa UBS nem precisaria de telefone.
As avaliações boas aqui devem ser todas de funcionários, ou quem deu muitaaaaaa sorte de ser atendido por 1 ou 2 funcionários que ainda sabem trabalhar respeitando o próximo.
Poorly educated employees and visibly unprepared to work with people, treat people poorly as if they are asking for a favor.
In times of pandemic, they do not pass simple information over the phone, ask people to leave their homes and go to the UBS for any information, that is, in that UBS, they would not even need a phone.
The good evaluations here must be all of employees, or whoever was very lucky to be served by 1 or 2 employees who still know how to work respecting others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tu vai no posto pra receber atendimento e chega na recepção e recebe a notícia que não tem médico atendendo o público que chega. Então me pergunto por que um serviço de saúde está aberto se o médico não pode atender?
You go to the clinic to receive care and arrive at the reception and receive the news that there is no doctor attending to the public that arrives. So I wonder why a health service is open if the doctor can't attend?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe tem 76 anos,e foi tratada com desrespeito pela médica e por uma atendente do guichê,que ainda a expulsou da sala. Detalhe, ela é diabética, hipertensa e fazia 3 anos que ela não conseguia consulta
My mother is 76 years old, and was treated with disrespect by the doctor and by a window attendant, who even kicked her out of the room. Detail, she is diabetic, hypertensive and she had not been able to get an appointment for 3 years.
