★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui acompanhar meu marido e tomamos um "chá de pernas" pois ficamos em pé por mais de 40 minutos p tomar a 3 dose da vacina! A UBS funciona até às 19hs, mas vacina até às 18hs..pois segundo o atendente é a meta do dia! Um absurdo, pois se vc trabalha durante o dia só tem esse período p "se vacinar"! Procurei a responsável
pela unidade Miriam e ela informou que já iria atender e desconversou, foi só nesse momento que começaram a chamar pelas pessoas na fila! Um total desrespeito. Só atenderam porque fui questionar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 15:16 para tomar a dose de reforço da Covid19, fiquei duas horas esperando. Muita falta de organização, ordem e principalmente aglomerado, antes a vacina era aplicada do lado de fora, agora está uma zona.
Decepcionante, a gestão está horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Filometro disse que não havia filas. Chegando aqui estou a 50.minutos aguardando. Na sala de vacinação somente uma pessoa preenchendo as fichas no computador. Ela está sozinha . Preenche várias fichas e depois começa a chamar. Falta funcionário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização, cheguei hj era08:10 da manhã p tomar a terceira dose, já são 12:00 hs ainda bem fui atendida, isso e um absurdo, pq vim no sábado, e o enfermeiro disse. Não estava aplicando em adultos, somente em crianças, hj perdi meio dia de serviço, pois trabalho no Tatuapé, longe, já vim no sábado por causa disso, espero que q egularize a situação

Depois eles disseram que tem que aguardar mais 20 dias úteis para passar com a enfermeira supondo que é com a Médica da família. * A enfermeira faz a avaliação no exame e a Médica libera o paciente sem ve-lo. É um absurdo o que faz no Posto UMUARAMA SP Zona sul. Até as pessoas idosas fica aguardando lá fora da sala de chamadas para ser consultado. E as demais pessoas e muito triste passar por uma humilhação. Pois sabemos que nada é de graça. Medicamento nem tem comentários. TIPO:Sertralina 50.mg. e tem muito mais eu não vou conseguir falar de todos. VENHO PEDIR A ATENÇÃO DAS AUTORIDADES DA SECRETARIA DE SAÚDE PÚBLICA PARA ORGANIZAR O POSTO DE SAÚDE UMUARAMA. MUITO OBRIGADO A TODOS ÓRGÃOS PÚBLICOS QUE POSSA NOS AJUDAR. 10/04/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei antes para saber se estava aplicando a vacina infantil, a telefonista informou que sim e que seria até as 19:00 h, chequei lá com meu filho antes das 17:00 e fui informada que não tinha mais vacina, questionei então, um segurança sem educação nem quis saber, tenho certeza que ainda tinha vacina , pois tinha duas crianças fazendo o cartão na minha frente, o que tem lá é muita falta de empatia. Estão sempre de mau humor.
