★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inacreditável. Fui levar meus filhos para tomar vacina e eles recusaram a atender pois faltava 5 minutos para fechar o posto. Quer dizer chego 16h55 e não podem vacinar pois está chegando o horário de fechar. É isso mesmo Brasil??
 Unbelievable. I went to take my children to get the vaccine and they refused to attend because there were 5 minutes to close the clinic. It means I arrive at 4:55 pm and they cannot vaccinate because the closing time is approaching. Is this really Brazil??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar, quero dar os parabéns a toda equipe por estar na linha de frente nessa pandemia todos os dia. Parabéns em especial as enfermeiras Denise e Viviane por tratar com tanto carinho e atenção todos os que estavam tomando vacina hoje ( 21/05 ), me senti super feliz e acolhida pela dedicação das duas. Obrigado por ter essa unidade próxima e com pessoas tão competente. Somente Gratidão.
First of all, I want to congratulate the whole team for being at the forefront of this pandemic every day. Congratulations in particular to the nurses Denise and Viviane for treating with so much affection and attention everyone who was taking a vaccine today (05/21), I felt super happy and welcomed by the dedication of both. Thank you for having this unit close and with such competent people. Only Gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou passando mal,que triste além do luto pelo meu marido, tive a tristeza de me deparar por uma pessoa chamada Amélia que trabalha a qual não sei a função, só sei que fiquei pior, pois falei para ela ...filha estou em luto, ela simplesmente falou e eu com o se luto, passei mal fui socorrida,e além disso ela me mandou ir p o inferno..pesso a Deus para que ela nunca venha a passar pelo que passei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar que existe, pessoas mal educadas e sem vontade de trabalhar. Há alguns meses meus pais foram maltratados, e hoje minha mãe voltou a ser destratada pele Sra Amélia. Qdo minha mãe relatou q estava passando por um momento de luto, pelo meu pai a Sra AMÉLIA, disse cm todas as letras, e eu para o seu luto? Mandou minha mãe para o inferno.
Me pergunto, como pessoas assim pode trabalhar em um lugar, onde as pessoas estão indo precisando de ajuda? Seja para consultas, medicação, orientação etc...
Não é primeira, nem segunda e acredito que nem vai se a última vez que esse posto vai destratar alguém, espero que mudanças aconteçam, que seja feito algo.
The worst place there is, people who are poorly educated and unwilling to work. A few months ago my parents were abused, and today my mother was abused again by Mrs. Amelia. When my mother reported that she was going through a moment of mourning, for my father Ms. AMÉLIA, she said in all the letters, and I for her mourning? You sent my mother to hell.
I wonder, how can people like that work in a place where people are going to need help? Whether for consultations, medication, guidance etc...
It's not the first, nor the second and I believe that it won't be the last time this post will mistreat someone, I hope that changes happen, that something is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este posto já possui uma reputação mal falada por ter funcionários que não está nem aí com ser humano. E novamente ocorreu uma situação com minha sogra uma funcionária chamada AMÉLIA maltratou minha sogra foi super ignorante com ela por telefone e inclusive pessoalmente, apenas foi conversar fala de exames e consulta ela ao mesmo foi arrogante minha sogra como pode uma UBS ter funcionária que simplesmente não ser importa com o próximo. No decorrer da conversa minha sogra disse ela estava passando por luto a mesma veio e disse eu com seu luto e assim que trata os pacientes desta UBS ? Nessa situação minha sogra passou mal foi amparada pela funcionaria Priscila. Decepcionante esta situação ocorreu hoje neste posto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UBS que diz que atende a população trans com o tema de hormonização mas toda vez que fui na unidade NUNCA tem o remédio. E o farmacêutico diz com a maior tranquilidade do mundo, além de não orientar a paciente onde deve reclamar, procurar, ou reagir a falta do medicamento, como se tudo bem a pessoa ficar sem se medicar.
UBS that says it serves the trans population with the topic of hormone therapy, but every time I went to the unit, they NEVER have the medicine. And the pharmacist says with the greatest tranquility in the world, in addition to not guiding the patient where to complain, look for, or react to the lack of medication, as if it's okay for the person to stay without medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha avó está morando com a minha mãe ela tem 80 anos marquei uma consulta para ela a um mês as 07h45 da manhã. Cheguei a UBS no dia marcado, porém como a minha avó está com confusão mental ela demora a se locomover chegamos para fazer a ficha dela as 07h55 o médico achou melhor não atender a minha avó e remarcar a consulta para o dia 06/06 quase um mês depois. Honestamente eu não quero ver este médico eu preciso de um cardiologista e um geriatra, mas tenho que passar por um clínico para ele fazer um encaminhamento para um cardiologista. A um detalhe é que eu estou grávida de 7 meses, se eles não tem dó de uma velha de 80 anos acompanhada por um grávida de 7 meses, se você precisar de uma consulta vá ao açougue que você será melhor atendido.
My grandmother is living with my mother she is 80 years old I made an appointment for her a month ago at 7:45 am. I arrived at the UBS on the scheduled day, but as my grandmother is mentally confused, she takes a long time to get around, we arrived to do her file at 7:55 am, the doctor thought it best not to see my grandmother and reschedule the appointment for the 06/06th, almost one month later. Honestly I don't want to see this doctor I need a cardiologist and a geriatrician but I have to go through a clinician for him to make a referral to a cardiologist. The one detail is that I am 7 months pregnant, if they don't feel sorry for an 80 year old woman accompanied by a 7 month pregnant, if you need an appointment go to the butcher shop and you will be better served.
