★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de consideração com a população super desorganizado , hoje exatamente nesta terça feira dia 25/09 fui aí local para dar vacina na minha bebê onde fui informado que seria somente até às 14:00hrs porém cheguei lá 13:40 e fui avisada que já teria acabado fiquei super irritada perguntei ao gerente do local e o mesmo somente me falou que tinha acabado simples assim ..então é um lugar onde os funcionários nem se quer cumprem os horários de trabalho e fazem pessoas saírem com criança em um sol quente pra perder tempo ..completamente um lixo.
A lack of consideration for the super disorganized population, today exactly this Tuesday, September 25th, I went there to give my baby a vaccine where I was informed that it would only be until 2:00 pm but I arrived there at 1:40 pm and was told that I had already it would have ended I was super irritated I asked the manager of the place and he just told me that it had ended just like that .. then it is a place where employees don't even keep to work hours and make people go out with children in a hot sun to lose time ..completely rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar para pedir uma informação sobre um exame , a mulher atendeu com uma ignorância , muito ignorante , é um descaso esse posto de saúde , trata as pessoas mal , os anos passa e continua a mesma coisa , como põe esse tipo de gente p ficar na recepção com essa ignorância toda , não quer trabalhar dá a vaga p outra , deve se achar melhor q os outros , qdo morrer vai tudo pro mesmo buraco , trate as pessoas como vc gostaria de ser tratada , não sei como a pessoa consegue ser assim um poço de ignorância , não ganha nada com isso só tem a perder e ainda vive infeliz .
I just called to ask for information about an exam, the woman answered with an ignorance, very ignorant, this health center is neglectful, treats people badly, the years go by and the same thing goes on, as these types of people put p stay at the reception with all this ignorance, do not want to work, give the place to another, you should feel better q others, when dying everything will go to the same hole, treat people as you would like to be treated, I do not know how the person can be so a well of ignorance, you gain nothing from it, you only have to lose and you still live unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo acabei de ligar lá, para passar minha filha de 7 anos no dentista. Pois ela está com muita dor seria um atendimento de emergência. Fui informado pela recepcionista que se é emergência teria q ir às 07:00 da manhã para ser atendido, mesmo sendo emergência, a dor não marca hora pra chegar por isso se chama emergência.
Mas da próxima vez, marcarei horário com a dor para se atendimento nessa merda.
Na a falar dos profissionais de medicina, só dessa recepção e dessa burocracia de merda.
Trash I just called there to pass my 7-year-old daughter to the dentist. Because she is in great pain would be an emergency care. I was informed by the receptionist that if it is emergency would have to go at 7:00 am to be attended, even being emergency, the pain does not mark time to arrive so it is called emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssiiimo, recepcionistas do posto tem que ter um treinamento sobre atendimento ao publico, além de uma falta de vontade que se vê de longe, não passam informações corretas e completas ao publico, principalmente quando se trata dos horários de atendimento (exames e vacinas), não da mais pra ficar fazendo as pessoas de palhaço.
Badly, receptionists at the station have to have training in customer service, in addition to a lack of will that can be seen from afar, they do not provide correct and complete information to the public, especially when it comes to service hours (exams and vaccines), you can't keep making people out of clowns anymore.

Péssimo atendimento!
As recepcionista, enfermagem sem lá que elas são, tentam de demover da ideia de atendimento a todo o custo!
Se existe a possibilidade de você ser atendido, elas tentam de tudo para que isto não ocorra!
O médico esta na sua frente e elas falam que ele(a), não esta ou não poderá atender e pedem para que se volte outro dia;
Dentista só aparece na folha de pagamento, mas para trabalho nunca!
Nunca tem, nunca pode, não dá, não está no momento, só aguardar (por horas a fio), não posso fazer nada! para o mais simples atendimento possível....são as frases mais usadas por eles(as).
Se você quer que seu dia se torne um inferno, vá a UBS PARQUE LANEL !
Prefeitura, Secretaria da saúde...kd vocês??? somo palhaços???

The receptionists, nurses without whom they are, try to dissuade the idea of care at all costs!
If there is a possibility that you will be served, they try everything to prevent this from happening!
The doctor is in front of you and they say that he/she is not or will not be able to attend and they ask you to come back another day;
Dentist only appears on the payroll, but never for work!
Never has, never can, can't, it's not at the moment, just wait (for hours on end), I can't do anything! for the simplest possible service....these are the most used phrases by them.
If you want your day to become hell, go to UBS PARQUE LANEL!
