★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe sem preparo técnico e humano, médica clínica faz atendimento meia boca, a recepção nunca sabe informar nada mostrando total desinteresse em ajudar quem ali busca ajuda. O setor da triagem não entende sua função, destrata os pacientes.Tem um funcionário sexo masculino que está sempre na frente da Ubs sentado olhando o celular, todas as vezes está sempre olhando o celular, nunca ajuda em nada.
Há semanas que precisamos falar sobre marcação de consulta, porém a pessoa que é responsável nunca está lá, dizem que está afastada e não tem outra pessoa pra resolver, deixando o paciente sem resposta e sem ajuda.
Sugiro treinamento pra todos naquela Unidade em nome de todos os moradores que são tratados com descaso por esses profissionais.
Staff without technical and human preparation, clinical doctor does half-assed service, the reception never knows how to inform anything, showing total lack of interest in helping those who seek help there. The triage sector does not understand its function, it treats patients. There is a male employee who is always in front of the Ubs sitting looking at his cell phone, every time he is always looking at his cell phone, he never helps with anything.
We have been talking about making an appointment for weeks, but the person in charge is never there, they say they are away and there is no other person to solve them, leaving the patient unanswered and unhelped.
I suggest training for everyone in that Unit on behalf of all residents who are treated with contempt by these professionals.
