★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi em rio preto ( na farmácia) . Estou grávida , e todo mês eles me fazem quase chorar de raiva , demoram horas pra atender mesmo tendo vários funcionárias . Hoje mesmo me negaram atendimento , dizendo ser falta de funcionários , mais tinha funcionárias , ficavam andando , mascando chiclete e conversando . E na hora de atender nada , falaram que n podia fazer ND pra ligar na ouvidoria . Descaso total Com nós , ninguém com distanciamento , maior descaso de todos . Revoltada .
Worst service I've ever seen in Rio Preto (in the pharmacy) . I'm pregnant, and every month they make me almost cry with rage, they take hours to answer even though I have several employees. Today I was denied assistance , saying it was a lack of employees , but there were female employees , they kept walking , chewing gum and talking . And when it came time to answer anything, they said that I couldn't do an DN to call the ombudsman. Total indifference With us, no one with detachment, greatest indifference of all. Angry .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com certeza o pior UBS de Rio preto se tratando de atendimento, responsabilidade, Organização, empatia, respeito com os pacientes que NECESSITAM passar por esse local.
Infelizmente todos sabemos a realidade do atendimento público no Brasil, porém a má vontade e falta de profissionalismo de alguns que se dizem “profissionais” ultrapassa os limites...
Péssimo atendimento, e pra ser mais específica um enfermeiro despreparado, descontrolado, que não tem capacidade de trabalhar com pessoas, não tem empatia ao próximo, não deveria estar “trabalhando” em um lugar como esse, senhor Rildo Czorny, ser profissional não é ter um diploma!
Certainly the worst UBS in Rio preto when it comes to service, responsibility, Organization, empathy, respect for patients who NEED to go through this place.
Unfortunately, we all know the reality of public service in Brazil, but the ill will and lack of professionalism of some who call themselves “professionals” go beyond the limits...
Terrible service, and to be more specific, an unprepared, uncontrolled nurse who has no ability to work with people, has no empathy for others, should not be “working” in a place like this, Mr Rildo Czorny, being a professional is not having a diploma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui levar minha filha pra tomar vacina e pedi duas senhas, que eu também iria tomar do covid, mas não pode me dar tive que aguardar ela ser atendida e depois ser transferida, mas tinha uma velha arrogante que não sei o que fazia lá, que disse pra aguardar ser chamada lá na sala de espera que ia chamar na TV, porém chamou várias senhas e ninguém foi, a mulher que tinha transferido passou e perguntou o que eu fazia ali, que podia ir lá na sala pra ser atendida, voltei lá e a velha novamente foi grossa isso que tinha várias pessoas na sala mas parece que ninguém gosta de trabalhar, sai de lá sem tomar a vacina pois o atendimento e educação falta nesse postinho.
