★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrorizada fui ao posto hj a enfermeira que eatava na entrada aferindo a temperatura do povo tava no zap, nem olhou na minha cara so disse entra...
La dentro uma bagunça crianca correndo, gente sem mascara, uma baderna os funcionários nem olham na sua cara. E apesar de eu dizer que estava com crise falta de ar, ninguem ligou sai sem ser atendida e tive que pagar no particular a consulta, apesar de nao ter condições.
Sinceramente taboao da serra esta as tracas na saude e em todos os aspectos, e olha q ja tem tempo que nao voto em ninguem justamente por causa do nepotismos que impera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento a anos, as atendentes nos tratam que nem lixo, a maioria dos médicos nem olham em nossa cara (com exceção da Dra Fernanda) Ginecologista não consigo marcar a mais de 1 ano, e para completar, fui esta semana em um retorno medico ontem marcaram com outro medico, um gringo, um tal de Sebastian, este se superou, o pior de todos, falou que não iria me atender, que eu era paciente de outro medico, implorei para ele ver o que eu tinha, pois estava morrendo de dor, ele disse que não, para eu passar com meu medico, isso é um tipo de omissão de socorro, vc espera meses para ser atendida para o "medico" falar que não vai te atender. TRISTE A SAÚDE EM TABOÃO DA SERRA!!!
Lousy service for years, the attendants treat us like garbage, most doctors don't even look us in the face (except for Dr. Fernanda) Gynecologist I can't schedule for more than 1 year, and to top it off, I went this week on a medical return yesterday they made an appointment with another doctor, a gringo, this guy from Sebastian, he overcame himself, the worst of all, he said he wouldn’t see me, that I was the patient of another doctor, I begged him to see what I had, because he was dying in pain, he said no, for me to spend with my doctor, this is a type of omission of help, you wait months to be attended to by the "doctor" saying that he will not attend you. SAD HEALTH IN TABOÃO DA SERRA !!!

Horário reduzido de atendimento para vacina limitado até as 17 horas impossibilitado para quem trabalha em período comercial , sai mais cedo do trabalho cheguei ao posto fila edionda com previsão de 3 horas para tomar a vacina , não falaram que precisava senha 2 dose, fiquei na fila e depois fui informada perdi o lugar fui reclamar e atendente disse que não podia fazer nada , sai de lá nervosa não tenho como ficar saindo mais cedo do trabalho, por perto todas ubs fecha as 17 horas, fui na ubs arrastão , ótimo atendimento bem organizado fila mínima, atendimento até as 19 horas porém não pude ser atendida devido a ser moradora de taboao da serra e ter tomado 1 dose na ubs parque pinheiros, porque são Paulo é tudo melhor e taboao tudo ruim , agora como eu faço para tomar a segunda dose ?
Poor service, lack of organization for vaccination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa UBS deveria ser fechada ou remanejar os colaboradores para RECICLAGEM, um atendimento PÉSSIMO , pessoas totalmente DESPREPARADAS para o atendimento .
É uma pena , pois a cidade de TABOÃO DA SERRA , embora eu pessoalmente não tenha utilizado os Serviços de saúde pública , tenho EXCELENTES referências de UBS Santa Cecília , UPA Akira .
PORÉM ESSA UBS CSU É PÉSSIMA .. Hoje fiz um questionamento simples para dois colaboradores ( Stefani e Marcos do agendamento) ambos totalmente confusos e sem Informações .

Acho que nessa ERA de Internet é muito importante que se tenham avaliações positivas, isso vale para todos os setores públicos ou privados , área de saúde ou qualquer outro segmento.

Fui retirar medicamentos na farmácia com receita do convênio não me entregaram, disseram que só aceitam receita emitida no posto, me negaram um direito meu.
Outra vez fui tomar vacina com a solicitação médica do convênio falaram a mesma coisa, a mulher da recepção me barrou na porta, isso mesmo! Tive que perguntar da calçada pq não deixaram que eu entrasse, Isso não é uma norma da secretaria da saúde do estado, é uma burocracia de Taboão da Serra. Com essa mesma documentação do convênio nas UBS de São Paulo sou atendida e recebo a medicação sem problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meu nome é Betânia , moro aqui 45 anos e vou dizer que de uns 6 anos nos não conseguimos nada neste posto de saúde, vc pergunta as coisas vc muito mal atendia , hj eu fui para saber se eles podiam vir na minha casa dar vacina na minha mãe que quase não anda eu falei bom dia tinha uma mulher e um homem dentro da sala de acolhimento nem responderam nem na sua cara olham eu entrei e perguntei se eles poderiam vim ela me disse que estão aguardando o carro da prefeitura para traze-los sem previsão. tudo bem hj eu preciso é sou maltratada e amanhã vai ser eles trabalho na área da saúde tb sei como funciona. só consegui alguma coisa quem tem ami lá.
