★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade Básica de Saúde do Planalto está de parabéns! Super organizada, atendimento rápido e de qualidade. Sempre fui bem atendida a pesar de ser de uma área descoberta, ou sem agente. É um local segurança ativa que está tomando todos os devidos cuidados de prevenção ao COVID. Equipe médica completa. Estacionamento amplo, entradas bem adaptadas para cadeirantes e saídas de emergência bem sinalizadas. O espaço é sempre muito limpo e organizado, as meninas da marcação fazem o possível ei impossível p encontrar os exames p a população e tudo isso, com uma farmácia bem abastecida. Em poucas linhas, a UBS Planalto dá show.
 Congratulations to the Planalto Basic Health Unit! Super organized, fast and quality service. I have always been well attended to despite being from an uncovered area, or without an agent. It is an active security location that is taking all the necessary precautions to prevent COVID. Complete medical team. Ample parking, well adapted entrances for wheelchair users and well signposted emergency exits. The space is always very clean and organized, the girls at the appointment make it possible and impossible to find the exams for the population and all that, with a well-stocked pharmacy. In a few lines, UBS Planalto gives a show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha esposa estava grávida a enfermeira passou para tomar ferro , a unidade não tinha tive que comprar e quando foi aplicar a enfermeira errou a veia e o líquido foi todo para a musculatura deixando braços dela cheio de líquido. Graças à Deus não houve nenhum sequela.
Bad service, my wife was pregnant, the nurse went to take iron, the unit didn't have to buy it and when it was applied, the nurse missed the vein and the liquid went all to the musculature leaving her arms full of liquid. Thank God there were no sequels.
