Não tem sabonete para lavar as mãos após o uso do banheiro. Não tem papel para secar as mãos. Nem álcool gel para os pacientes.
Não tem papel higiênico suficiente...
Os assentos dos vasos estão quebrados.
Médicos chegam atrasado! Hoje, 18/02 estou aguardando há mais de 1h20 para apenas um retorno de consulta, mas tem gente aguardando há mais tempo que do que eu.
Pelo menos o atendimento das recepcionistas é ótimo. Elas são educadas, pacientes e gentis. É a terceira vez que venho e não tenho reclamações sobre o atendimento delas.
Disappointing the hygiene of the place !!!
There is no soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. There is no paper to dry your hands. Neither alcohol gel for patients.
Not enough toilet paper ...
The toilet seats are broken.
Doctors arrive late! Today, 2/18, I have been waiting for more than 1h20 for just one appointment return, but there are people waiting longer than me.
At least the receptionists' service is great. They are polite, patient and kind. It is the third time I have come and I have no complaints about their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento em todos os departamentos, feriados de quinta feiras ,não trabalham na sesta ,ou quando o feriado é na quarta não trabalham quinta e sesta, ligam para os pacientes e cancelam as consultas de quintas e sestas (FATO),isto ja é rotina deste posto do SUS, ao contribuinte,vc tenta ligar para remarcar e não atendem, como também não atendem na secretaria de saúde para reclamação é uma MAFIA ,esta manifestação ainda vai chegar ate Brasília eu vou trabalhar para que isto ocorra, cedo ou tarde

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje tomar a 4a dose da vacina contra Covid. Recepção com atendimento rápido e muito gentil. Para tomar as vacinas (gripe também) não esperei mais que 5 minutos. Também muito bem atendida. Obrigada pela atenção e gentileza.
I went today to take the 4th dose of the Covid vaccine. Reception with fast service and very kind. To get the vaccines (flu too) I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Also very well taken care of. Thank you for your attention and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo sistema público de saúde tem suas deficiência! Mas o que é mais gritante é a falta de preparo dos funcionários no atendimento ao público!
Não são claros nas informações, temos que ficar perguntando de A a Z, o que poderia ser dito objetivamente!
O setor de atendimento da farmácia é péssimo! Pessoas mal educadas que não cumprem com o papel de orientar as pessoas com informações! É sempre a política de trabalhar como a cultura do péssimo atendimento do funcionalismo público! Sendo que o trabalho de cada um é justificar a profissão que lhe garantem o sustento! E não a falta de preparo!
As every public health system has its shortcomings! But what is most glaring is the lack of preparation of the employees in serving the public!
They are not clear in the information, we have to keep asking from A to Z, what could be said objectively!
The pharmacy service sector is terrible! Rude people who don't fulfill the role of guiding people with information! It is always the policy of working with the culture of poor service by the civil service! Since each one's job is to justify the profession that guarantees their livelihood! And not the lack of preparation!
