★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Fiquei das 7:00 as 10:00 somente para enfermeira avaliar um exame de sangue e não consegui. Saí de lá sem nenhuma resposta. Funcionários sem empatia, sem vontade de trabalhar que mal olham para sua cara. E 1 estrela vc ainda é muito.
Horrible. I was from 7:00 to 10:00 only for nurse to evaluate a blood test and could not. I left without any answer. Employees without empathy, unwillingness to work who barely look at your face. And 1 star you are still a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo, banco de cimento para gestantes, idosos e crianças para sentar. Fora que o atendimento é péssimo como marcar consulta demora uma eternidade. Manutenção horrível , mato para todo lado ( já que prezam tanto pela saúde...) salas de atendimento super apertadas, divisória dos consultórios de placas de compensado que você escuta o que o outro está falando. Lugar horrível. Tirando tudo isso, alguns profissionais condiz com a conduta. Outros não deveriam estar trabalhando com pessoas que estão ali não por que querem, mas por que precisam.
Lousy place, cement bench for pregnant women, seniors and children to sit. Other than that the service is terrible as marking consultation takes forever. Horrible maintenance, I kill everywhere (since they cherish so much for health ...) super tight service rooms, the partition of the offices of plywood boards that you listen to what the other is talking about. Awful place. Apart from all this, some professionals agree with the conduct. Others should not be working with people who are not there because they want to, but why they need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos essa unidade e super negligênte tem um ótimo atendimento pra quem tem conhecimento direito com funcionários já que a maioria deles residen no bairro , já pelo outro lado nós q não temos amizade com funcionários tempos q perde tempo esperando e ainda sim saímos sem ser atendido por que o funcionário foi embora ou sei lá o que eles nem avisam antes que a consulta foi cancelada mesmo tendo o contato no cadastro não sei mas onde reclama pq é direito de TDS n estou pedindo favor ... Em fim não tem um ser humano se quer que tenha alguma informação certa para dar ou qualquer outra coisa gerência péssima e funcionarios passeando o tempo TD ou conversando como se pessoas comum n tivesse dor ou sei lá o que... Consulta cancelada sem aviso prévio e nem tem reagendamento ,,, e ainda não tem responsável que passa dar suporte
This unit has been super negligent for years and has had great service for those who have the right knowledge with employees since most of them live in the neighborhood, on the other hand, we who are not friends with employees spend time waiting and still leave without being answered. why did the employee leave or I don't know what they don't even warn before the appointment was canceled even though they had the contact in the register I don't know but where they complain because it's TDS right I'm not asking for a favor... In the end, there's no human being if you want to have some right information to give or anything else terrible management and employees walking around TD time or talking as if ordinary people don't have pain or whatever... Appointment canceled without prior notice and there's no rescheduling ,,, and there is still no person responsible to support
