Fiquei um tempão na fila para passar com o dentista...dentista falou que os aparelhos estão quebrado...ubs acabou de ser inaugurado ,aí prefeito ajuda nos aqui da avenida Eurico da cruz ...

A sala do dentista foi desativada, não comunicaram aos que tinham consulta marcada. Os atendentes não tem conhecimento de nada, não sabem dizer quando retorna o atendimento. Nunca tem remédio, a atendente só sabe dizer " não tá vindo" ou seja, estou, desde o ano de 2018, aguardando e nunca chega os remédios ( prednisona e dipirona) Enfim, descaso total
The dentist's room was deactivated, they did not communicate to those who had an appointment. The attendants are not aware of anything, they cannot tell when the service returns. There is never any medicine, the attendant only knows how to say "it's not coming", that is, I've been, since 2018, waiting and the medicine never arrives (prednisone and dipyrone) In the end, total neglect.

Gente alguem sabe o telefone dessa UBS ? Pois o que consta aqui não funciona, eu preciso saber se tem vacina do COvid para gestante a Pfizer ou a Coronavac e se está dando vacina de Hepatite b em gestante.

Pessimo atendimento,funcionarios mal informados,malcriados,me sinto mal todo mes quando tenho que ir pegar insulina para meu esposo,as pessoas te entregam o remedio como se estivesse te dando uma esmola,como se fossemos lixos!!!
Terrible service, ill-informed employees, rude, I feel bad every month when I have to go get insulin for my husband, people give you the medicine as if I were giving you alms, as if we were garbage!!!

Péssimo atendimento!!! liguei antes de ir tomar a segunda dose da vacina do covid, a atendente informou que atendia até ás 15:30hs, eu ainda perguntei se tinha da vacina Pfizer, ela respondeu que sim!!! Cheguei na unidade tinha tinha 3 senhoras que me informaram que não tinha a vacina e qua só atendia até ás 15:00hs num tom de deboche ainda....
Terrible attendance!!! I called before going to take the second dose of the covid vaccine, the attendant informed that she worked until 3:30 pm, I even asked if I had the Pfizer vaccine, she said yes!!! I arrived at the unit there were 3 ladies who informed me that they did not have the vaccine and that they only attended until 3:00 pm in a mocking tone....

THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE FOR MONTHS, AT UBS Raimunda Cavalcante Souza, I'M GOING WITH MY MOTHER, WHO NEEDS ATTENDANCE, AND EVERY TIME, THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE A DOCTOR, EVEN THOUGH HE IS THERE, DR MARLON, SO EVERY TIME THEY RESCHEDULE, FOR A WEEK, OR 15 DAYS, OR UP TO A MONTH OR 2 AHEAD, WE ARE TIRED OF THIS, WE NEED A SOLUTION, DURING THE WHOLE PANDEMIA THEY GAVE EXCUSES THAT IT WAS BY COVID, AND SO WE WERE UNDERSTANDING, IT'S ENOUGH TODAY, THEY DON'T ANSWER ANYTHING THERE, WE SAW THE DOCTORS THERE, AND WE HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN NEED OF CARE
