One of the poorly managed ubs I've been to, the service is terrible, the place is very tight, there are days when the ubs are full of people and the covid is running loose inside, and the doctors (some) take a long time to care for the patients.

Tem dias que fica lotado, os médicos (alguns) demoram pra atender e chamam na ordem que eles querem. Eles fazem a gente de palhaços. Poor service, the employees think they are only owners there, badly educated, make appointments for those they want and give the excuse that they have no vacancy and that they have to go another day to schedule an appointment. There are days when it gets crowded, doctors (some) take too long to answer and call in the order they want. They make people out of clowns.
