It used to be better, when there was a differentiation of space between vaccine and citizen service. Today everything is shuffled at UBS. The house at the end of the street had another definition of service. Very attentive service professionals

I went there after a bad experience at UBS Vila Mariana to take the 4th dose of the COVID vaccine. UBS Sta Cruz: Kindness and organization from the moment of entry (starting with the security guard). Organized and efficient service. Congratulations to the entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez nessa UBS, para fazer minha vacina dTpa da gestação, fui MUITO bem atendida pelo aux de enfermagem Danilo, super simpático, explicou sobre a vacina (e até checou as que estavam em atraso do meu calendário vacinal - que em breve voltarei para atualiza-las). Estão de parabéns pelo atendimento e também organização da UBS.
I went to this UBS for the first time, to have my Tdap vaccine during pregnancy, I was VERY well attended by the nursing assistant Danilo, super friendly, explained about the vaccine (and even checked the ones that were overdue on my immunization schedule - which I'll be back soon to update them). Congratulations on the service and organization of the UBS.
