★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei minha avó em consulta e ela teve um atendimento muito bom, a médica solicitou os exames e foi bastante atenciosa, os atendentes também foram simpáticos e atenciosos, no dia seguinte ela colheu exame de sangue e também fomos muito bem atendidas. Somente a infraestrutura da Ubs não é adequada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não querem trabalhar ficar negando a vacina da covid19 fazendo muitas burocracias para tomar a primeira dose tive que chamar a polícia, e hoje eu vi que tinha sobra da vacina e fui negada de novo isso é um direito meu tem a constituição que tenho direito a saúde a educação e a lazer e o uns santa Luzia está me negando o meu direito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo ir todos os meses no setor da farmácia ,gosto muito pois sempre tem as medicações que preciso , farmacêutico muito educado ,agora referente a outros setores da ubs não tenho o que dizer ,pois não utilizei ainda ...,pois então hj precisei tomar a segunda dose da vacina do covid , a astrazenica ,pois tinha a vacina ,fui bem recebido na entrada do posto , anotaram no sistema , e pediram pra eu subir pra toma a vacina , meu número foi chamado ,ela olhou e disse que eu não podia tomar vacina pois não constava no sistema que eu tinha tomado a primeira dose ,sendo que eu estava com o comprovante ,e disse pra eu voltar aonde tomei a 1 dose , eu acho isso muito burocrático, foi falta de interesse em aplicar ou facilitar ,pelo que entendi quem não pertence a area de local deles ,eles não aplicam , pois é dito que a segunda dose pode tomar em qualquer ubs, Assim que querem acabar com a Pandemia , tem a vacina e ficam com frescuras pra aplicar , como se tivessem fazendo o favor , isso é dever do cidadão

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, desconhecem os grupos prioritários e o calendário de vacinação e as pessoas não conseguem se vacinar mesmo tendo o direito. Mas quem é amigo dos funcionários pode tomar vacina sem precisar comprovar nada. Criam muita burocracia e mesmo quem tem deficiência tem que subir escada pra ser atendido.
Poor service, they are unaware of the priority groups and the vaccination schedule and people are not able to get vaccinated even though they have the right. But anyone who is friendly with employees can get a vaccine without needing to prove anything. They create a lot of bureaucracy and even those with disabilities have to climb stairs to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima todas as vezes que vai no posto os funcionários estão de mau humor. Fui 3 vezes em horários diferentes e não consegui tomar a doze de reforço. Tudo muito mal organizado. Depois de muitas tentativa desisti e não retorno mais. Procuro qualquer outra unidade menos essa.
Terrible every time you go to the post the employees are in a bad mood. I went 3 times at different times and couldn't take the twelve booster. All very poorly organized. After many attempts I gave up and will not return. I look for any other unit but this one.
