★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de ligar e rodar em várias ubs em busca de vacina da febre amarela, essa foi a única que atendeu o telefone e que ainda fomos bem atendidos

O atendimento era espetacular.
Infelizmente os funcionários que nos atenderam bem na época não estão mais na recepção. O atendimento voltou a ser de Terceiro Mundo. Não querem aglomeração? Utilizem o modelo da UBS mais organizada, limpa e amável do Rio Grande do Norte que é a UBS de Pium. Não vejo a hora de voltar a ser atendida por eles. Vocês da UBS de São João querem aglomeração às 6h30 da manhã para marcarem uma consulta para qualquer dia da semana? Fala sério! Os atendentes de hoje (22/02/2021) não foram nem um pouco atenciosos. Uma só ficava no celular e o outro não quis nem ser solidário. Gente, cadê o atendente Mário? Pense num cara humano!

One was only on the cell phone and the other did not even want to be supportive. Guys, where's the attendant Mario? Think of a human guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são ótimos, super atenciosos e educados, mas infelizmente a demanda é muito grande para poucos funcionários atenderem, por esse motivo às vezes gera uma super lotação. As especialidades são: clínico geral, dentista, pediatra, ginecologista, psicólogo, vacinas e faz exames de sangue também. É espaçoso, mas poderia ser mais, ter mais salas e mais especialidades, até porque lá tem uma área aberta bem grande. Em comparação com outras UBS essa é uma das melhores na medida do que pode se considerar bom na saúde pública.
The employees are great, super attentive and polite, but unfortunately the demand is too great for few employees to attend, for this reason sometimes it generates overcrowding. The specialties are: general practitioner, dentist, pediatrician, gynecologist, psychologist, vaccines and also do blood tests. It is spacious, but it could be more, have more rooms and more specialties, because there is a very large open area there. In comparison with other UBS, this is one of the best in terms of what can be considered good in public health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência... precisei tomar vacinas neste local,quando entrei na sala eu e dois rapazes as funcionárias simplesmente uma para preencher uma pequena ficha outra para aplicar a vacina e uma outra somente para preencher um cartão de vacina ;uma morena super grossa descontrolada e reclamando do horário que não era horas de ninguém ir tomar vacina não sabia que tinha horàrios para se vacinar,inclusive eu preciso de 3 vacinas e so aplicaram uma de febre amarela e me criticou por eu nao ter mais o cartão de vacinas absurdo ...chegou um casal com um bebezinho e outras pessoas elas ficaram muito nervosas e não atenderam falando muito alto dizendo que precisavam ir embora como que tinha passado do horàrio delas e que não o atendiam mais ninguém estou indignada com este tipo de funcionário que trabalham sem amor só por necessidade principalmente na saúde imagina; se não gosta do que faz deixe para quem goste ou precisa,,foi a primeira, e espero ser a ultima .
Bad experience... I had to take vaccines in this place, when I entered the room, two boys and I simply filled out a small form, another to apply the vaccine and another just to fill out a vaccination card; a super thick uncontrolled brunette and complaining about the time that it wasn't time for anyone to go for the vaccine, I didn't know that there were times to get vaccinated, I even need 3 vaccines and they only applied one for yellow fever and criticized me for not having the absurd vaccination card anymore... a couple arrived with a little baby and other people were very nervous and didn't answer, saying they needed to leave as it was past their time and no one else. I'm indignant with this type of employee who works without love only by necessity mainly in health imagine; if you don't like what you do, leave it to those who like it or need it, it was the first, and I hope to be the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 7 horas fui bem a colhido pelo enfermeiro rganizador da fila me colocou na fila para tomar uma medicação que o médico passou era o primeiro tinha + 3 pessoas
Abri de 8 horas fumos para porta da infemaria
Almoçar sentada falou que só as 9 horas aplicava a placa suzendo só as 9 que tinha na porta estava coberta com outra placa
Ei e todos que estava ali pressisa vamos ir trabalhar já era 8 horas e não fumos atendido e isso a quantidade de enfermeiros que estava no posto de saúde mas omenos ums 15 que contei
E pressuso que enforme melhor as pessoas que está na fila

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Cheguei para tirar informações com a ginecologista sobre o DIU, e quando fui realizar a consulta, várias estagiárias estavam perdidas sobre minhas informações. Quando cheguei na outra sala, só sei que tinha a médica e mais umas 5 meninas dentro. Isso tinha que ser avisado ao paciente, Senhor! Você vai falar sobre coisas extremamente íntimas ou realizar um exame e não está preparada para servir de cobaia à frente de tantas pessoas. Isso inibe o paciente e tem que ser avisado se ele/a está de acordo com aquela situação. Fiquei super sem jeito. Me senti julgada e inibida.
Bad experience! I arrived to get information from the gynecologist about the IUD, and when I went to make the appointment, several interns were lost about my information. When I got to the other room, all I know was that there was the doctor and about 5 other girls inside. This had to be told to the patient, Sir! You're going to talk about extremely intimate things or take an exam and you're not prepared to be a guinea pig in front of so many people. This inhibits the patient and he/she has to be informed if he/she is in agreement with that situation. I was super uncomfortable. I felt judged and inhibited.

Bom atendimento. O médico que fez o atendimento era excelente. Já a recepção, precisa melhorar um pouco a forma de comunicação com os pacientes.
A UBS poderia ser ampliada e melhor aparelhada, tendo em vista a ótima localização na cidade.
