★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, funcionários não tem o mínimo de educação, principalmente da sala de vacinação, procure outro lugar em vez de ter dor de cabeça depois.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui vacinar no sábado, a pessoa que aplicou, estava tremendo, hoje estou com uma dor insuportável, nao consigo levantar o braço, fui cobaia.... Não acho certo nem admissível. Vou ligar e reclamar por escrito... E tive reação de delírio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Ainda estou avaliando se faço uma reclamação junto a secretaria de saúde do município. Profissionais me mandaram para todos os cantos dentro da ubs para aguardar e no fim me mandaram esperar fora do posto, ou seja, não tem um mínimo de informação uniforme entre eles, cada um me dizia uma coisa diferente a cada momento. Esperei 1,5h pra tomar vacina (não covid) enquanto as “profissionais” fofocavam e davam risadas na sala de vacinas e em todo esse tempo atenderem apenas dois pacientes em menos de 5 minutos. Eu perdi meu horário de almoço, atrasei no trabalho e ainda não tomei vacina porque a “profissional” nem se deu ao trabalho de se levantar da cadeira e olhar minha carteira de vacinação. Não é serviço gratuito, se as “profissionais” não querem fazer nada, que fiquem em casa fofocando por lá. Pagamos impostos, essa gente encostada, não tem respeito pela saúde, muito menos pela vida de alguém, mas a fofoca entre elas está bem em dia.
Terrible. I'm still evaluating whether I file a complaint with the city's health department. Professionals sent me to all corners inside the ubs to wait and in the end they told me to wait outside the unit, that is, there is no uniform minimum of information between them, each one told me something different at every moment. I waited 1.5 hours to get the vaccine (not covid) while the “professionals” gossiped and laughed in the vaccine room and in all that time they only saw two patients in less than 5 minutes. I missed my lunch break, was late at work and still haven't had a vaccine because the “professional” didn't even bother to get up from her chair and look at my vaccination card. It's not a free service, if the “professionals” don't want to do anything, let them stay at home and gossip there. We pay taxes, these people leaning against each other, they have no respect for their health, much less anyone's life, but the gossip among them is up to date.

Disappointed they don't answer the phone hang up and put it on the fax and then it's always busy or they keep hanging up.

Na recepção pessoas mau humorada parece que não quer atender o público tá de má vontade. Marca um horário e nunca atende no horário certo só 1:30 depois do que tá marcado. Não índico a ninguém ir nesse posto.
Bad service, a lack of respect for people.
At the reception, people in a bad mood seem to be unwilling to serve the public. Make an appointment and never meet at the right time, only 1:30 after the appointment. I do not recommend anyone to go to this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse papel higiénico eu diria com toda certeza q não serve nem para limpar o cool. Péssimo atendimento, na verdade nunca tem atendimento e quando tem não sabe lidar com os pacientes, acham q estão tirando férias, brincando de médicos e enfermeiros ou estão mesmo só pq precisa do dinheiro. Lamentável!
If it was toilet paper I would say for sure that it's not even good for cleaning cool. Terrible care, in fact, they never have care and when they do, they don't know how to deal with patients, they think they're taking a vacation, playing doctors and nurses, or they're just because they need the money. Unfortunate!
