★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase 8 horas da manhã, nada de Médico, nada do pessoal do Same, nada de posso ajudar(ACS), aqui só o agente de portaria organizando a entrada dass pessoas.
 Almost 8 o'clock in the morning, no doctor, no Same staff, nothing I can help (CHA), here only the concierge is organizing the entrance of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe já foi duas vezes a pé para tomar a vacina da gripe (importantíssima nessa época de pandemia). Na primeira vez, ninguém tinha informação nenhuma sobre quando as vacinas da gripe iam chegar e como seria organizada a vacinação (sendo que a primeira visita dela foi semana passada e as vacinas chegaram essa semana, imagino que eles deveriam ter alguma informação para dar sim). Na segunda vez, hoje, ela chegou para tomar a vacina e a sala de vacinação da UBS estava fechada e a técnica de enfermagem estava ausente, tinha ido para uma consulta (no horário de trabalho e sem deixar uma substituta). A pessoa caminha até a UBS esperando ser vacinada e ao chegar é recebida com desinformação e falta de compromisso. Complicado estimular a vacinação para o grupo alvo quando a realidade é essa.
My mother has already walked twice to get the flu vaccine (very important at this time of pandemic). The first time, nobody had any information about when the flu vaccines would arrive and how the vaccination would be organized (since her first visit was last week and the vaccines arrived this week, I imagine they should have some information to give) . The second time, today, she arrived for the vaccine and the vaccination room at the UBS was closed and the nursing technician was absent, she had gone for a consultation (during working hours and without leaving a substitute). The person walks to the UBS expecting to be vaccinated and upon arrival is received with misinformation and lack of commitment. It is difficult to encourage vaccination for the target group when this is the reality.
