★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha consulta com a Dra Miriam (ginecologista) estava marcada para hoje (16/09/21), marcada com 2 meses de antecedência, às 10:30 da manhã. Não consegui uma folga para ir à consulta, mas saí no meu horário de almoço às 10:00 e cheguei na UBS Vila Arriete às 10:40, com 10 minutos, 10 MINUTOS DE ATRASO!!! A profissional de saúde me orientou a remarcar a consulta, ou melhor, ligar na unidade deles para verificar quando iria abrir novamente a agenda. Por 10 minutos de atraso não pude ser atendida. Já tive outras consultas agendadas no mesmo local, sendo que, mesmo chegando com antecedência, você é atendido com atraso. Acredito que deveriam ter mais humildade e serem mais humanos com as pessoas, também trabalho na área da saúde, e sei que foi difícil agendar essa consulta, e foi muito esperada por mim, porque eu precisava dela com toda a certeza, para dizer a Dra que faz 1 ano que não menstruo, sofro com dores no abdome e durante esse tempo ganhei 7 kg que vem me afetando emocionalmente. Espero que com o meu relato esses profissionais possam olhar com mais humanidade para aquela fila de espera na parte externa da UBS.
 My appointment with Dr Miriam (gynecologist) was scheduled for today (16/09/21), scheduled 2 months in advance, at 10:30 am. I didn't get a break to go to the appointment, but I left during my lunch break at 10:00 and arrived at UBS Vila Arriete at 10:40, with 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES DELAY!!! The health professional instructed me to reschedule the appointment, or rather, call their unit to see when I would open the schedule again. For 10 minutes late I could not be answered. I've had other appointments scheduled at the same place, and even if you arrive early, you are attended to late. I believe they should have more humility and be more human with people, I also work in the health area, and I know it was difficult to schedule this appointment, and it was long-awaited by me, because I absolutely needed it, to tell Dr I have not menstruated for 1 year, I suffer from pain in the abdomen and during this time I gained 7 kg which has been affecting me emotionally. I hope that with my report, these professionals can look more humanely at that waiting list outside UBS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sempre o que ouvimos repercutir nos canais de comunicação expressam a verdade e a realidade dos fatos! Estamos mais propensos a dar créditos as más noticias e, consequentemente, desvalorizar aqueles Servidores Públicos que de fato estão comprometidos com a sua missão, do que checar o dia a dia e acompanhar a rotina desses setores.
Depois de varias tentativas para realizar um teste de SWAB-PCR, sem sucesso (custo alto), dirigi-me, como sendo a última alternativa à UBS Vila Arriete, que não só me acolheu mas, principalmente, resolveu o meu problema.
Assim, gostaria de expressar aqui minha gratidão e reconhecimento pelo excelente tratamento recebido no dia 26/11/2021, naquela UBS, através da Sta. Bianca e equipe. Vale ressaltar que a mesma atenção também era dispensada a todos que se dirigiam à ela na recepção.
Quero parabenizar a administração dessa UBS, em especial a Sta. Bianca, Priscilla e também a Dra Elisete e dizer que; "este sim é o verdadeiro sentido da palavra SERVIDOR PÚBLICO!"

What we hear echoing in the communication channels does not always express the truth and reality of the facts! We are more likely to give credit to bad news and, consequently, devalue those Public Servants who are in fact committed to their mission, than checking the day-to-day and monitoring the routine of these sectors.
After several attempts to perform a SWAB-PCR test, without success (high cost), I went, as the last alternative, to UBS Vila Arriete, which not only welcomed me but mainly solved my problem.
Thus, I would like to express here my gratitude and recognition for the excellent treatment received on 11/26/2021, at that UBS, through Sta. Bianca and her team. It is noteworthy that the same attention was also given to everyone who went to her at the reception.
I want to congratulate the administration of this UBS, especially Sta. Bianca, Priscilla and also Dr Elisete and say that; "this is the true meaning of the word PUBLIC SERVER!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou gestante de 12 semanas e estou doente não sei se é gripe ou o que é, mais sei que se eu for lá falar com a médica eles não vão querer deixar eu entrar por eu estar com sintomas de gripe até aí tudo bem o problema é que a gente tenta ligar pra saber o que fazer ,(estou perdida minha primeira gestação e não sei o que fazer ) mais nunca ninguém atende e a gente não sabe o que fazer fica complicado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um postos tão desorganizado como esse não tem ninguém para da informação na fila e você tem que espera quase 1 hora na fila para poder receber uma informação é não separam as pessoas que estão com COVID das outras pessoas que não estão fui tenta fazer o pré natal mas nem consegui por conta da demora é também por conta que a médica que faz só está lá duas vezes na semana assim fica bem complicado experiência horrível.
I've never seen a post as disorganized as this one, there's no one to provide information in the queue and you have to wait almost 1 hour in line to receive information and they don't separate people who have COVID from other people who aren't. prenatal care but I couldn't even because of the delay it's also because the doctor who does it is only there twice a week so it's a very complicated horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui tomar a vacina(dose reforço) da Covid e fui super bem atendida por todas as profissionais da Saúde do SUS, desde a chegada até a aplicação final da vacina...gostei bastante!Todas as informações e dúvidas que eu tinha, foram esclarecidas com muita educação, apesar da pandemia atual, onde muitos profissionais infelizmente estão afastados por conta de estarem doentes, respeito e admiro muito tanto da saúde pública, quanto privado...
Today I went for the Covid vaccine (booster dose) and I was super well attended by all the SUS Health professionals, from arrival to the final application of the vaccine... I really liked it! All the information and doubts I had were enlightened with a lot of education, despite the current pandemic, where many professionals are unfortunately away because of being sick, I respect and admire both public and private health...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pedir orientação para uma pessoa no posto, pois minha mãe está com o diagnóstico de câncer e nem sei oq deveria fazer, a primeira pessoa q vi uniformizada pedi ajuda com informações, uma japonesa bem grosseira me deu as costas nem pra minha cara olhou.
I went to ask a person at the health center for guidance, because my mother is diagnosed with cancer and I don't even know what I should do, the first person I saw wearing a uniform asked for help with information, a very rude Japanese woman turned her back on me and didn't even look at my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os Medicos são ótimos! Os atendentes de linha de frente precisão ser mais educados e precisos nas informações, pois estã lhe dando com pessoas e não animais, não são todos claro ... Dia 21/02 eu tinha uma consulta com Doutor Emanuel, cheguei lá e me informaram que ele estava doente e não timha atendimento para os pascientes dele, fui imformado que me ligariam para remarcar a comsulta e até hj nem sinal. Pergunto! Se fosse parente de um funcionario de lá, será que eles tinham ligado? Tive um problema cardiaco recente e não consego passar com clinico para poder me encaminhar para o cardio, frustante isso, vão esperara acontercer algo grave para atender as pessoas?
Doctors are great! The front-line attendants need to be more polite and precise in the information, as they are dealing with people and not animals, it's not all clear... On 02/21 I had an appointment with Doctor Emanuel, I got there and they informed me that he was sick and he didn't have care for his pacients, I was informed that they would call me to reschedule the appointment and until today no signal. I ask! If he was a relative of an employee there, would they have called? I had a recent heart problem and I can't go to a clinic to be able to go to cardio, frustrating, will you wait for something serious to happen to help people?
