★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente liga ninguém atende, médicas simplesmente não aparecem, remarxam a consulta da gente pra meses depois e ninguém avisa nada. Faz um ano que tento um clínico geral e toda vez as medicas não aparecem.
 We call, nobody answers, doctors just don't show up, they reschedule our appointments for months later and nobody tells us anything. I've been trying a general practitioner for a year and every time the doctors don't show up.

Great service, I was at the unit, I was well attended by the reception, scheduling and medical staff. I have nothing to complain about, I was very happy with the service!

O serviço público só será de excelência qdo os funcionários públicos entenderem que eles lidam com gente. É certo que tem gente e gente.. mas cada um que está trabalhando ali, escolheu esse serviço, lutou por ele....
A new team, came to transform the old team that treated the people with contempt, disaffection ... today we can already see some smiles. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou uma pessoa considerada calma, mas duas enfermeiras ou auxiliar de enfermagem, não sei direito, conseguiram me tirar do eixo, pois bem, fui no posto dia 03/12 aproximadamente às 18:30h, que é o horário que chego do trabalho para dar vacina ao meu bebê, acho que pq era sexta e fim de expediente, as duas vieram com desculpa de que meu filho deveria comer mais ovo para tomar a vacina, mesmo falando que ele já comia de tudo, exemplo, macarrão que contém ovo, elas falaram para voltar no sábado das 8h às 17h, que o posto estaria aberto para vacinação e que poderia trazer o bebê, fiz o que pediram, porém quando voltei no sábado uma outra enfermeira que estava nas aplicações de vacina não quis aplicar dizendo que só poderia na semana, enfim, perdi meu tempo por informação e falta de vontade dessas duas enfermeiras! Vou abrir uma reclamação na SAU, mas infelizmente sei que não vai dar em nada!
I'm a calm person, but two nurses or a nursing assistant, I'm not sure, they managed to get me out of the way, well, I went to the clinic on 12/3 at approximately 18:30h, which is the time I get home from work to give vaccine for my baby, I think because it was Friday and the end of working hours, they both came with the excuse that my son should eat more eggs to get the vaccine, even though he said he already ate everything, for example, noodles that contain eggs, they they told me to come back on Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, that the clinic would be open for vaccination and that they could bring the baby, I did as they asked, but when I came back on Saturday, another nurse who was in the vaccine applications did not want to apply, saying that she could only in the week, finally, I wasted my time because of information and the lack of will of these two nurses! I'm going to file a complaint at SAU, but unfortunately I know it won't do any good!

Desde o primeiro atendimento na recepção, pela equipe médica e os profissionais de enfermagem e a farmácia. Tb foi feito o exame de covid . Parabéns Dra Stephany Gomes pelo respeito e comprometimento com os pacientes.

A doutora Mariana psiquiatra não quis atender o meu irmão com deficiência pois estava sem prontuário, chegamos na unidade as 6:00 e esperamos até as 10:00 saímos sem atendimento, meu irmão precisa de uma receita para medicamento controlado pois ele está agressivo. Um descanso com um paciente especial .
Terrible place of professionals...
Mariana psychiatrist doctor did not want to see my disabled brother because he had no medical records, we arrived at the unit at 6:00 and waited until 10:00 we left without assistance, my brother needs a prescription for controlled medication because he is aggressive. A rest with a special patient.
