★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou começar falando que é considerável que o necessitado tira a metade do dia para esperar o atendimento, do mais simples como uma vacina em uma criança, até o mais complexo que é um exame qualquer.
Outro dia, eu fui com uma parente fazer exame de sangue. Ficamos mais de duas horas esperando até que a minha acompanhante resolveu perguntar para a enfermeira quando iria me chamar. Depois de um tempo, a mesma foi até a sala de espera avisar TODAS AS PESSOAS QUE IAM COLHER SANGUE que seria impossível proceder porque não tinha um papel, que usam para identificar o nome do paciente no recipiente com o sangue, urina ou fezes. Esse foi só UM dos VÁRIOS descasos que temos com essa UBS. Lamentável!
 I will start by saying that it is considerable that the needy take half the day to wait for care, from the simplest as a vaccine in a child, to the most complex that is any examination.
The other day, I went with a relative to take blood. We spent more than two hours waiting until my companion decided to ask the nurse when she would call me. After a while, she went to the waiting room to warn ALL PEOPLE WHO WERE COLLECTING that it would be impossible to proceed because they did not have a paper, which they use to identify the patient's name on the container with blood, urine or feces. That was just ONE of the many mismatches we have with this UBS. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade para fazer o meu cadastro e dos meus filhos, levei todos os documentos necessários( RG,CPF, Cartão do SUS e comprovante de residência), contudo fui informada que a fatura de cartão não servia como comprovante de residência. Expliquei que moro em uma unidade militar e não dispunha de outro comprovante de residência. Fui tratada com deboche e descaso pela profissional. Saí da unidade sem conseguir efetuar meu cadastro para atendimento.
I went to the unit to register myself and my children, I took all the necessary documents (RG, CPF, SUS Card and proof of residence), however I was informed that the card statement did not serve as proof of residence. I explained that I live in a military unit and had no other proof of residency. I was treated with debauchery and disregard by the professional. I left the unit without being able to register for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar a dose de reforço, perguntei se tinha a Astrazeneca na recepção, me informaram que sim, fiquei 1 hora esperando pq eles não tem um sistema de espera organizado deixando todo mundo passar na frente, pra chegar na hora e dizerem que não tinham a vacina. Total desrespeito e profissionalismo
I went to take the booster dose, I asked if there was Astrazeneca at the reception, they informed me that yes, I was waiting 1 hour because they don't have an organized waiting system letting everyone pass in front, to arrive on time and say they didn't have the vaccine. Total disrespect and professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pegar um encaminhamento de ortopedista e a enfermeira além de não querer deixar eu entrar na UBS e pegar o encaminhamento para minha mãe que no momento está no trabalho, quando fui embora para minha casa antes mesmo de sair da recepção fui recebido com um comentário dela onde ela falava "vai pra casa seu vagabundo" sendo que eu tive que ir lá para pegar o encaminhamento, que no final das contas segundo a atendente da recepção não precisava.
Se não fosse pela enfermeira que me recebeu com uma falta de educação enorme minha avaliação seria melhor mais como fui recebido com essa falta de educação a UBS Vila Nair não merece as cinco estrelas
I went to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor and the nurse in addition to not want to let me go into UBS and get the referral for my mother who is currently at work, when I left my house before leaving the reception I was greeted with a review of it where she spoke "go home your bum" and I had to go there to pick up the routing, which in the end according to the front desk attendant did not.
If not for the nurse greeted me with a huge lack of education my assessment would be better more like I was greeted with this lack of education UBS Vila Nair does not deserve five stars
