Whenever I needed I could count on the Post, they try to do their part, but the public power not so much ... Hence the population is who suffers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um posto de saúde básica do bairro, muito bom???? conheço está unidade básica de saúde, desde de criança, muito bem instalada e localizada no bairro do Ipiranga, tem a creche que fica no mesmo quarteirão, fica tudo perto de um do outro. Aí qualquer coisas as tias da creche levam as crianças ou comunicam aos pais para levarem lá. Aí tem no unidade básica de saúde dentista, GO,farmácia e serviços de atendimentos básicos oferidos para a população. Atendimentos dos pequenos até aos da 3°idade.

I know this basic health unit, since it was a child, very well installed and located in the neighborhood of Ipiranga, it has a daycare that is on the same block, everything is close to one of the other. Then the nursery aunts take the children or tell the parents to take them there. There, in the basic dentist health unit, GO, pharmacy and basic care services offered to the population. Assistance for small children up to the 3rd age.

E as vezes é uma coisa simples de resolver mas dependendo de quem tu aborda primeiro vira uma saga mesmo...
Making an appointment with some doctors is a real saga
There is no synchronization between the employees... One sends you there! Another sends you here
And sometimes it's a simple thing to solve but depending on who you approach first, it turns into a saga...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes da recepção péssimas, má educadas e má informadas, na medicação a falta de higiene entre funcionárias é constante ,é um direito do paciente se sertificar sobre a higiene e como está sendo preparada a medicação a qual sera aplicada. As infermeiras se sentem as rainhas do posto piloto, não aceitam críticas .Os pacientes tem que ver a falta de higiene e ficar calados? Está na hora da população carente e pobre serm tratados com dignidade e educação, se esses funcionários não tem essa competência devem ser substituídos por outros que tem. E aconselho a população gravar os atendimentos desde a recepção até atendimento médico para que tenham como provar tanta falta de respeito.
Terrible reception attendants, poorly educated and poorly informed, in medication the lack of hygiene among employees is constant, it is the patient's right to be satisfied about hygiene and how the medication to be applied is being prepared. Nurses feel like the queens of the pilot station, they don't accept criticism. Do patients have to see the lack of hygiene and keep quiet? It is time for the needy and poor population to be treated with dignity and education, if these employees do not have this competence, they should be replaced by others who do. And I advise the population to record the calls from reception to medical care so that they can prove so much lack of respect.

Porém acontece sempre do paciente ir ,agendar,voltar no dia agendado e os servidores(as) dizerem que não conseguiram "lançar " a etiqueta do exame pois o computador travou...
Com muita falta de paciência perguntam se o paciente vai esperar ou voltar outro dia,porque as vezes só destrava lá pelas 8:00/9:00 hs
Porém depois desse horário não há mais coleta de exame .
Avisa educadamente se será necessário reagendar e tal
Pessoas idosas e sozinhas ficam esperando para não conseguir realizar a coleta!!!
