★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até ao escritório da COMPESA no bairro São Pedro para solicitar a verificação de um problema de abastecimento que estava ocorrendo em minha residência. Deram-me o número da gerência para eu ligar para que pudesse ser atendido. Tentei várias vezes via fone, porém apenas chamava. Retornei a agência da COMPESA para falar que não estava conseguindo atendimento, daí me indicaram ir direto ao escritório da Gerência da COMPESA falar com o gerente Tiago Seródio. Dirigi-me ao escritório da gerência próximo a barragem do Bitury na rua do bar de Ritinha onde consegui falar com o gerente e prontamente fui atendido. A equipe de manutenção da COMPESA foi até a minha residência e efetuou as devidas manutenções na rede de entrada de água normalizando o abastecimento. Apesar das idas e vindas, ao chegar diretamente na gerência, fui prontamente atendido.
I went to the COMPESA office in the São Pedro neighborhood to request verification of a supply problem that was occurring at my residence. They gave me the management number to call so they could be answered. I tried several times via phone, but just called. I returned to the COMPESA agency to say that I was not getting care, so I was told to go straight to the COMPESA Management office to talk to the manager Tiago Seródio. I headed for the management office near the Bitury dam on Ritinha's bar street where I was able to talk to the manager and was promptly answered. The COMPESA maintenance team came to my residence and performed the proper maintenance of the water inlet network normalizing the supply. Despite the comings and goings, upon arriving directly at management, I was promptly answered.
