Caso eu não fizesse o conserto com ele eu teria que pagar 180,00 do escaneamento. Eu topei fazer o conserto e não ficou bom, continuou com o mesmo defeito. Depois o responsável já não quis me atender pelo telefone. Fui lá pessoalmente várias vezes e ele não dava solução. Tentei fazer um acordo, pedindo parte do meu dinheiro de volta e me foi negado. Tenho recibo provando que efetuei o pagamento. Achei essa empresa muito limitada em conhecimentos mecânicos e não indico a ninguém essa empresa. Levei o grande prejuízo.
I looked for this company in order to solve my problem, the owner said that to find the defect, Tim had to pass the computer. If I didn't do the repair with it I would have to pay 180.00 for the scan. I agreed to do the repair and it wasn't good, it continued with the same defect. Afterwards, the person in charge no longer wanted to answer me on the phone. I went there in person several times and he didn't give a solution. I tried to make a deal, asking for part of my money back and was denied. I have a receipt proving that I made the payment. I found this company very limited in mechanical knowledge and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I took the big loss.
