★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fui lá só ser besta, nem informações publicam, você que adivinhe que eles reduziram o horário e mudaram tudo, porque ninguém fez questão de atualizar no Google nem nada.
 Terrible, I went there just to be silly, they don't even publish information, you can guess that they reduced the hours and changed everything, because nobody made a point of updating on Google or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O horário de funcuonamento é 8:00 mas não abrem esse horário, principalmente no período de entrega das carteiras. Anotando gente no corredor com uma imensa fila sem atendimento.
Opening hours are 8:00 am but they do not open at this time, especially during the period for handing over the wallets. Noting people in the hallway with a huge unattended queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone sempre ocupado, se chama, não atende. Cheguei 2:30 para pegar a carteirinha e simplismente não tinha mais atendimento mesmo funcionando até às 5. Péssima experiência.
Phone always busy, if you call, don't answer. I arrived at 2:30 to pick up my card and simply didn't have any more service, even though it worked until 5. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pego minha carteirinha na UEE , o local não é grande, porém , não precisa ser grande já que não vai muita gente , pelo menos tem umas cadeiras pra sentar
I always get my card at UEE, the place isn't big, however, it doesn't have to be big since there aren't many people, at least there are some chairs to sit on

Além disso, não atendem o telefone (sempre está ocupado ou desligado).
The face-to-face service was quick, it didn't take more than 10 minutes.
Also, they don't answer the phone (it's always busy or disconnected).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A UEE fica no 6° andar. Deve-se pegar o elevador. Atendimento rápido para receber a carteira de estudante. Só precisei apresentar a identidade. Não foi preciso cópia do RG como falaram nos outros comentários.
UEE is on the 6th floor. You must take the elevator. Quick service to receive the student card. I just had to present the ID. There was no need for a copy of the RG as mentioned in the other comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi rápido e para pegar a carteirinha só precisei apresentar o RG. Não precisei de copia de nada. Ninguém atende o telefone pois só tem uma atendente e ela está ocupada atendendo aos que estão pegando suas carteirinhas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha apenas uma atendente para realizar o serviço, então é inviável atender o telefone (então quem ligar e não for atendido é por isso, e quem conseguir muita sorte).
O corredor até o local é extremamente abafado, exceto dentro das salas que tem ar condicionado mas se você tiver que esperar do lado de fora, boa sorte aos claustrofóbicos.
There was only one attendant to perform the service, so it is impossible to answer the phone (so whoever calls and is not answered is because of that, and whoever gets a lot of luck).
The hallway to the venue is extremely stuffy, except inside the air-conditioned rooms but if you have to wait outside, good luck claustrophobics.
