Terrible, I was scheduled to arrive at 7 am for an appointment, I spent more than 3 hours waiting for people who arrived after me to take the exam! Terrible service, won't be back! Worst experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A espera pela realização de exame, avisaram que o atendimento seria das7h às 8h. Chegamos,ficamos aguardando,foi dito que haviam duas pessoas para meu marido ser atendido... Chamaram duas e outras que chegaram depois de nós... Quando achávamos que seria o próximo,chamaram outra pessoa que chegou mais recente...Questionamos e foi dito que haviam 3 médicos atendendo,falei que a Questão não era essa e sim a forma como estão fazendo as chamadas porque estávamos a bastante tempo no aguardo e chamavam pessoas que chegaram depois... Pedimos a guia de volta e nos retiramos do local.
Waiting for the exam, they warned that the service would be from 7 am to 8 pm. We arrived, we were waiting, it was said that there were two people for my husband to be attended... They called two and others who arrived after us... When we thought it would be the next one, they called another person who arrived more recently... it was said that there were 3 doctors attending, I said that the question was not that, but the way they are making the calls because we were waiting for a long time and they called people who arrived later... We asked the guide back and left the place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento poderia ser mais claro. Falam um valor no atendimento virtual e presencial é outro. Nao me pareceu organizado. O ambiente é legal, porem algumas pessoas que atendem deveriam ser melhores.
Respondendo o proprietário: nada que seja tão grave. Mas as vezes a pessoa é leiga, não sabe de um procedimento e outro e a forma com que o atendimento nos fala, faz a diferença. As vezes a gente nem percebe que trata mal alguém, mas é necessário atenção. Da clínica nao tenho de quê reclamar, os especialistas são ótimos e gostei bastante de um outro atendente super simpatico e acolhedor. Mas tudo bem. Também trabalho com o cliente e isso me serviu de mais aprendizado. Agradeço o feedback e a disponibilidade.
The service could be clearer. They say a value in virtual and face-to-face service is another. It didn't look organized to me. The atmosphere is nice, but some people who serve should be better.
Answering the owner: nothing that is so serious. But sometimes the person is a lay person, doesn't know about one procedure and another and the way the service tells us makes the difference. Sometimes we don't even realize that we treat someone badly, but attention is needed. I have nothing to complain about the clinic, the specialists are great and I really liked another super friendly and welcoming attendant. But it's alright. I also work with the client and this has taught me more. I appreciate the feedback and availability.
