★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida muito boa! O atendimento é bom, mas pode ser mais humanizado! Na última vez em que fomos, fomos atendidos de forma "robótica", a pessoa que nos atendeu não se preocupou em resolver um problema que surgiu na hora (colocar-nos em uma mesa onde nos sentiríamos melhor) pois a área não estava "aberta" ainda. Aguardamos um pouco em pé mesmo, mas nos sentimos contrariados, como se estivéssemos errados! E a pessoa que nos atendeu se preocupou apenas em dizer que ele estava cumprindo as normas, e não respondia meu marido olhando nos olhos, ele respondia a ele olhando para mim! Achamos muito estranha a postura dele, a qual gerou até um certo atrito, pois meu marido se sentiu desrespeitado... Enfim, fomos embora e jantamos no Preferito Restaurante e Pizzaria, o qual é um restaurante Italiano maravilhoso, e fica a dica para você conhecer! ;)
 Very good food! The service is good, but could be more humanized! The last time we went, we were served in a "robotic" way, the person who served us didn't bother to solve a problem that arose on the spot (put us at a table where we would feel better) because the area was not "open " still. We waited a little while standing up, but we felt annoyed, as if we were wrong! And the person who served us was only concerned to say that he was complying with the rules, and he didn't answer my husband looking in the eyes, he answered him looking at me! We found his posture very strange, which even generated some friction, because my husband felt disrespected... Anyway, we left and had dinner at Preferito Restaurante e Pizzaria, which is a wonderful Italian restaurant, and here's my tip for you to meet! ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso, mas a comida é péssima! A primeira vez que fui lá pedi um risoto que estava com gosto amargo como se tivesse queimado. Mas resolvi da mais uma chance e fui novamente. Pedi um ancho que chegou gelado, cheio de gordura e sem sabor. Meu Deus! Pelos inúmeros comentários negativos em relação a comida que acabei de ler, o ideal é mudar de chefe logo.
O atendimento também é péssimo! O garçom foi super grosseiro conosco porque não pagamos os 10%. Como se fosse uma obrigação pagar. O serviço é a comida são ruins, não vi nenhuma razão para efetuar esse tipo de cortesia.
Wonderful place, but the food is terrible! The first time I went there I ordered a risotto that tasted bitter as if it had burned. But I decided to give it one more chance and went again. I ordered an ancho that arrived cold, full of fat and tasteless. My God! Due to the numerous negative comments about the food that I have just read, the ideal is to change chefs soon.
The service is also terrible! The waiter was super rude to us because we didn't pay the 10%. As if it were an obligation to pay. The service and food are bad, I didn't see any reason to pay that kind of courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do serviço, os pratos são bons, mas poderiam ser mais temperados. São bem servidos, e embora não conste no cardápio, fazem ótimos coquetéis sem álcool
I really enjoyed the service, the dishes are good, but they could be more seasoned. They are well served, and although not on the menu, they make great non-alcoholic cocktails

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião foi muito ruim, na das pessoas que me acompanharam foi pior. Menu complexo e desconexo com prato, o prato pedido considerei muito caro pelos quesitos: sabor, combinação e quantidade. Além de vender um prato especificamente para kids e não definirem a idade porque queríamos esperimentar o kids e não podia nos servir e pior que os maiores de 10 anos não podiam pedir o prato também. Achei uma loucura aquilo porque apesar do esforço dos garçons em nos atender, a refeição era incompatível para uma refeição principal além de demorar muito serviu o prato fora do ponto. O ambiente é aconchegante e prometendo muito, pena que entregou pouco. Deixamos aqui um feedback do restaurante: " melhorar descrição dos pratos, quado servir refeição principal nem todos pedem entradas antes, então que seja compatível a uma refeição principal, procure vender os pratos independente da idade de quem vai comer." A experiência contribuí para que regressamos de volta 250 km no mesmo dia para curtir o restante dos dois dias em algumas fazenda de Minas Gerais. Acertamos que na próxima vez iremos visita o restaurante novamente, pode ser que a esperiência seja diferente.
In my opinion it was very bad, in the opinion of the people who accompanied me it was worse. In addition to selling a dish specifically for kids and not defining the age because we wanted to try the kids and they couldn't serve us and worse than the ones over 10 years old couldn't order the dish either. I thought that was crazy because despite the waiters' effort to serve us, the meal was incompatible for a main meal and it took a long time to serve the dish off point. The atmosphere is cozy and promising a lot, too bad it delivered little. Here is a feedback from the restaurant: " improve the description of the dishes, when serving the main meal, not everyone asks for starters before, so that it is compatible with a main meal, try to sell the dishes regardless of the age of who will eat." The experience helped us to return 250 km on the same day to enjoy the rest of the two days at some farms in Minas Gerais. We agreed that next time we will visit the restaurant again, maybe the experience will be different.

Comida bastante saborosa essa barriguinha estava deliciosa, pedi também um prato executivo de um Risotto de grana porém senti pouco o sabor do queijo, carne estava boa só senti um pouco quente. Sobremesas mille foglie muito boa, bastante equilibrada.
A very beautiful place and I was very well attended. Very tasty food, this little belly was delicious, I also ordered an executive dish of a dough Risotto but I didn't feel the cheese flavor, the meat was good, I just felt a little hot. Desserts mille foglie very good, quite balanced.

Excellent food, ok price, very nice place, elegant. It's worth trying the divine drinks from the restaurant's bar recipes! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma boa experiência. Comemos o risoto de limão siciliano com camarões VG crocantes, salmão com cogumelos e risoto de funghi com filezinhos grifados. Todos bons. Legal escolher os vinhos diretamente na adega climatizada!
We had a good experience. We had the Sicilian lemon risotto with crispy VG shrimp, salmon with mushrooms and mushroom risotto with grilled fillets. All good. Nice to choose the wines directly in the climate-controlled cellar!
