Me mudei para um apartamento que possui aquecedor a gás e estava com problemas no equipamento. Agendei uma visita com outra empresa (Unigás) pois o adesivo deles estava colado no equipamento. A empresa enviou 2 TÉCNICOS que apenas olharam para o aquecedor e foram embora sem resolver o meu problema. Procurei outra empresa e encontrei a Ultra Aquecedores, a qual PRONTAMENTE atendeu o meu pedido, agendando uma visita EMERGENCIAL em que o técnico compareceu sozinho e resolveu o meu problema em menos de 10 minutos, identificando ainda um problema GRAVÍSSIMO feito pela empresa Ultragás ao deixar um dos fios perto da passagem de gás quando executou a manutenção preventiva para o inquilino anterior, o que causou um curto no equipamento e que poderia ter incendiado o apartamento.
RECOMENDO a empresa a todos e com certeza informarei o condomínio que moro para que todos os moradores entrem em contato com a empresa e não acionem a Ultragás, a qual além de péssimo atendimento, quase causou um incêndio no prédio.
O técnico Márcio foi muito atencioso e resolveu meu problema em apenas alguns minutos e foi honesto dizendo que não era necessário a troca de nenhuma peça adicional. Estou muito contente com o serviço da empresa.

I moved to an apartment that has a gas heater and had equipment problems. I scheduled a visit with another company (Unigás) because their sticker was stuck on the equipment. The company sent 2 TECHNICIANS who just looked at the heater and left without solving my problem. I looked for another company and found Ultra Heaters, which promptly answered my request, scheduling an EMERGENCY visit in which the technician came alone and solved my problem in less than 10 minutes, also identifying a SERIOUS problem made by the company Ultragás when leaving a of the wires near the gas passage when performing preventive maintenance for the previous tenant, which caused a short in the equipment and that could have set the apartment on fire.
I RECOMMEND the company to everyone and I will certainly inform the condominium I live in so that all the residents get in touch with the company and do not call Ultragás, which, in addition to the poor service, almost caused a fire in the building.
The technician Márcio was very attentive and solved my problem in just a few minutes and was honest saying that it was not necessary to exchange any additional parts. I am very happy with the company's service.

Mas o que mais me chamou atenção nessa empresa, foi que mesmo apos termos "concluído" nosso serviço, eles continuaram me ajudando e prestando um serviço excelente! Estava com uma dúvida na hora de instalar o forno a gás e eles foram perfeitos em explicar, orientar e garantir que eu tivesse entendido. Sempre prontos para ajudar, tirar dúvidas e orientar. É dificil encontrar uma empresa desse ramo que dê tanta importância ao cliente. Super recomendo! :)
I purchased it with the ultra, heater, installation of a hot water point on the tap and installation of the cooktop with conversion to GN. From the beginning of the sale to the installation, everything was perfect. But what caught my attention the most about this company was that even after we "completed" our service, they continued to help me and provide an excellent service! I had a question when installing the gas oven and they were perfect in explaining, guiding and ensuring that I understood. Always ready to help, ask questions and provide guidance.
