★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que venho fazer algum tratamento aqui eu me sinto um lixo com o péssimo tratamento que os pacientes do SUS recebem, sendo que os pacientes do convênio tem ar condicionado e até frigobar!
Enquanto no SUS nem ventiladores temos e os acompanhantes passam o tratamento todo em um cadeira de plástico sem nenhum conforto, é humilhante.
 Whenever I come here for treatment, I feel like garbage with the bad treatment that SUS patients receive, and the health insurance patients have air conditioning and even a minibar!
While in the SUS we don't even have fans and the companions spend the entire treatment in a plastic chair with no comfort, it's humiliating.
