★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pequeno, a empresa deu o prazo de 20 dias úteis para a entrega, cobrando 50% do valor antecipado. Paguei e 21 dias úteis depois, após eu cobrar uma posição, me disseram que não poderiam confeccionar o produto como havia encomendado (bordado), pois não ficaria bom, fariam de outra forma (sublimado), mas eu teria que pagar o mesmo valor. Após discutir bastante eles resolveram que eu poderia buscar o produto sublimado sem precisar pagar os outros 50%. Fomos retirar o produto 3 vezes (duas delas por volta de 13:30 e a outra vez às 16:30) e a empresa se encontrava fechada. Quando finalmente, na quarta tentativa, conseguimos realizar a retirada, a mulher que nos atendeu de maneira grosseira, reclamou que demos prejuízo e da demora para irmos buscar e disse que 13:30 é horário de almoço e 16:30 já estavam fechados.
Nos gerou grandes transtornos (pois tínhamos um evento) e o atendimento foi bastante ruim, péssima experiência.
 I placed a small order, the company gave 20 working days for delivery, charging 50% of the anticipated value. I paid and 21 working days later, after I charged a position, I was told that they could not make the product as I had ordered (embroidery), as it would not be good, they would do it in another way (sublimated), but I would have to pay the same amount. After much discussion they decided that I could get the sublimated product without having to pay the other 50%. We went to collect the product 3 times (two times around 13:30 and the other time at 16:30) and the company was closed. When finally, on the fourth attempt, we were able to carry out the withdrawal, the woman who answered us in a rude manner, complained that we had suffered losses and the delay in picking up and said that 13:30 is lunch time and 16:30 were already closed.
It caused us great inconvenience (because we had an event) and the service was very bad, bad experience.

Unprofessional company! I made two purchases with them and had problems the third time, we spoke to the owner and he showed no interest in solving the problem.

Great! Vanessa is extremely helpful and practical. We made an appointment and went to the factory and that helped to decide the color and feel confident in the acquisition. Our first purchase with them and we were very satisfied. Sizes came as per the table. We've had issues with this with other vendors. The fabric is of quality and arrived before the deadline. We'll make new orders for sure.
