★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização excelente (próximo ao shopping Riverside e a clínica ortopédica Ortomed). Possui estacionamento próprio gratuito. Seguro. Internet gratuita de boa qualidade. Fazem exames como por exemplo ressonância magnética. Aceita planos de saúde.
 Excellent location (next to Riverside shopping and Ortomed orthopedic clinic). It has its own free parking. Safe. Free internet of good quality. They do exams such as MRI. Accepts health plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, liguei e marquei um exame pra realizar na Ultra X Jóquei, a atendente confirmou pela ligação e pelo Whatsapp, que o exame era realizado no referido local pelo meu plano de saúde. Ao chegar lá no horário agendado, me dizem que não realiza o exame. Fui gastar tempo e dinheiro, por conta da incompetência.
Lousy experience, I called and booked an exam to perform at Ultra X Jockey, the attendant confirmed by the call and by Whatsapp, that the exam was performed at that place by my health plan. When I get there at the scheduled time, they tell me that they don't take the exam. I went to spend time and money, due to incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda que vez que vou e mesmo com horário marcado tenho que ficar quase 2h esperando ser atendida pela Dra Rosângela.
Todo mundo tem mais o que fazer. Isso é falta de respeito.
Second time I go and even with an appointment I have to spend almost 2 hours waiting to be attended by Dr. Rosângela.
Everyone has more to do. This is lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, marcaram minha ressonância para as 18:00(agendada) e tinha que está lá às 17:30 e o fiz porém, as 18:40 ainda não tinha feito o exame e pra completar chegou uma senhora rica e disse que teve um contratempo e não pôde está lá no horário dela que era as 17:30 e então colocaram pra fazer na minha frente isso já as 18:55 e ainda disseram pra eu ter paciência que pode sempre haver imprevistos.
Falta de compromisso.
Falta de ética.
Falta de empatia.
Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo...
Terribly, they scheduled my MRI for 18:00 (scheduled) and I had to be there at 17:30 and I did it, however, at 18:40 I still hadn't taken the exam and to complete it, a rich lady arrived and said she had a setback and she couldn't be there at her time, which was 5:30 pm and then they put it in front of me at 6:55 pm and they even told me to be patient that there can always be unforeseen events.
Lack of commitment.
Lack of ethics.
Lack of empathy.
Bad, bad, bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um exame, cheguei 10:40, em jejum, e ao estranhar a demora para ser chamado pro procedimento questionei a atendente que me informou que o médico havia ido embora às 11h. Organização e gestão péssima.
I scheduled an exam, arrived at 10:40 am, fasting, and when I was surprised at the delay in being called for the procedure, I questioned the attendant who informed me that the doctor had left at 11 am. Terrible organization and management.
