★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,horrível, sem comprometimento com cliente, hj eu e minha mae de 68 anos estivermos nessa clínica por volta de 07:40 para realizar um exame de endoscopia, sendo , chegando la o primeiro atendimento foi rápido, mas depois tome o chá de cadeira, sendo que minha mãe estava de jejum , saimos dessa clinica quase meio dia.
Terrible, horrible, with no commitment to the client, today my 68 year old mother and I were at this clinic around 7:40 am to perform an endoscopy exam. , since my mother was fasting, we left this clinic almost noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só subiram com um exame porpque eu disse que faltava. Chegando em casa percebi que faltava outro que não entregaram para o retorno. Além de ficar perguntando pras moças a ordem que minha mãe estava nos exmaes, ficou de fazer um exame de mapa e ela ficou mais de 2 horas esperando um outro paciente chegar pra retirar o dele, e colocar nela. Se soubéssemos que não tinha um limite de aparelhos não teríamos ido a este lugar.
They only came up with an exam because I said it was missing. When I got home, I realized there was another one missing that they didn't deliver for the return. In addition to asking the girls the order that my mother was on her exams, she did a map exam and she spent more than 2 hours waiting for another patient to arrive to remove his and put it on her. If we had known that there was no limit to the number of devices we wouldn't have gone to this place.
