★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia e pedi a medicação NA FARMACIA ULTRAFARMA CONTINETAL - DENTRO DO MERCADO, lá no hospital ainda, para ser entregue na minha residência umas 21:00. ( antibiótico e antiflamatorio). As 21:00 mandei mensagem perguntando se estava tudo certo. A atendente me falou que o boy estava em uma entrega e assim que chegasse iria levar o meu. Umas 21:40 me ligaram falando que não estavam conseguindo falar com o boy. Que era p eu me VIRAR, ligar em outra farmácia da rede ( sendo que fecha as 22:00) não teria tempo para pedir a medicação. Orientei eles para que me entregasse no outro dia ( primeiro horário) pois não tinha como sair ( estava operada) mas uma vez outro descaso , disse p eu ligar no outro dia de manhã e falar com a atendente pois era outro turno. Fiquei a noite toda sem medicação. No outro dia liguei no primeiro horário e para minha surpresa, me falaram que eles não fazem entrega na parte da manhã.
Descaso TOTAL , FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Isso aconteceu uma outra vez, mas como era remédio de rotina , deixei passar . MAS NESSA VEZ EU PRECISA MUITO, POIS NÃO TINHA CONDIÇÕES DE EU SAIR DE CASA.
I had surgery and asked for the medication AT THE CONTINETAL ULTRAFARMA PHARMACY - INSIDE THE MARKET, there at the hospital, to be delivered to my residence around 21:00. (antibiotic and anti-inflammatory). At 21:00 I sent a message asking if everything was ok. The attendant told me that the boy was on a delivery and as soon as he arrived he would take mine. About 9:40 pm they called me saying that they were not able to talk to the boy. That was for me to TURN around, call another pharmacy in the network (and it closes at 22:00) I wouldn't have time to ask for the medication. I told them to deliver it to me the other day (first time) because there was no way to leave (I was operated on) but once again, they told me to call the other day in the morning and talk to the attendant because it was another shift. I stayed all night without medication. The other day I called at the first time and to my surprise, they told me that they don't deliver in the morning.
TOTAL negligence, LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. This happened another time, but as it was routine medicine, I let it go. BUT THIS TIME I REALLY NEEDED IT, BECAUSE I COULDN'T LEAVE HOME.
