Eu tinha consultado uma medicação pelo WhatsApp, porém quando cheguei lá pra comprar (no outro dia) eles não tinham em estoque.
Tirando isso o atendimento foi bom, acredito que após se organizarem ficará melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite ! Hoje 01/11/2020 por volta das 20:40 . Minha esposa entra na farmácia para realizar compras como de costume nosso. Infelizmente foi mal atendida pelo funcionário Alex no caixa . O mesmo foi super arrogante , quando minha esposa apenas pergunta o valor de um produto . Responde com grosseria , demonstrando uma enorme insatisfação em trabalhar . É uma pena , nunca passamos por isso , efetuamos compras com frequência e sempre somos bem atendidos . Quando ela questiona se existe algum superior para efetuarmos uma reclamação o funcionário balança o ombro e usa de deboche . Por gentileza gostaria muito que fosse tomada as devidas providências , pois esse perfil não combina com ultra Farma. Desde já agradeço e aguardo retorno . Att Fábio
