Simplismente amo comprar lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa mas desrespeita o direito do consumidor , quando estipula um valor mínimo para compras com cartão de crédito , comprei um remédio no valor de 4,50 reais , fui passar o cartão de crédito e a atendente falou que nesse valor não passaria porque existia um valor mínimo , pois bem , paguei a vista com outro cartão , e a informei que a lei 16.120 que entrou em vigor no dia 19 de Janeiro de 2016 e que ela proibia de ter um valor mínimo pra compras no cartão de débito e crédito , ela falou que não foi aprovada ainda , desconhecendo a lei , e falei pra ela se informar e ela disse quem tinha que se informar era o dono não ela , uma rede de farmácia de qualidade como a Farmais deveria respeitar a lei satisfazendo assim o seu consumidor !!
The store is good but disrespects the consumer's right, when stipulates a minimum value for purchases with credit card, bought a medicine worth 4.50 reais, went to pass the credit card and the attendant said that would not pass because there was a minimum amount, well, I paid the cash with another card, and informed her that the law 16.120 that came into force on January 19, 2016 and that it prohibited having a minimum amount for purchases on debit and credit card , she said it was not approved yet, unaware of the law, and I told her to get informed and she said who had to know was the owner not her, a quality pharmacy chain like Farmais should respect the law thus satisfying her consumer !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento e os funcionários muito despreparados para atendimento tem que fazerem um curso de farmácia pra depois trabalhar nessa área e não atender de qualquer jeito pois ninguém vai a farmácia comprar remédio porque quer e sim porque é obrigado .E também não ficar empurrando medicamentos que não seja para o problema da pessoa
I did not like the service and the staff very unprepared to attend have to take a pharmacy course to work in this area and not attend anyway because no one goes to the pharmacy buy medicine because they want and yes because it is obliged. And also not be pushing drugs other than for the person's problem
