Isto é um absurdo! E se fosse algo urgente?
A falta de respeito com o consumidor é
tamanha. Eu não confio fazer mais nenhum pedido! Do que adianta terem as melhores ofertas (se é que têm!), se não entregam os pedidos?
Que vergonha!
I placed an order today (02/28/21) at 10:23 am via watsapp, at the unit on Avenida Japão, until the moment I write this complaint, I did not receive the product and not even a satisfaction that would be the minimum.
This is absurd! What if it was something urgent?
The lack of respect with the consumer is
such. I don't trust making any more requests! What is the use of having the best offers (if they have any!), If they do not deliver orders?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, comprei um remédio com vencimento próximo a vencer, não quiseram trocar, falei que não iria comprar mais lá, a atendente balançou o ombro e falou por mim Tabom, na minha opinião tem que ter mais respeito com os clientes e educação, cuidado olhem a validade pra ver se não está vencido, as vezes o barato (entre ") sai caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 28/10/2021, entrei em contato por WhatsApp com a Ultrafarma Popular que tem fama de ser mais barata que todas as outras (claramente vemos que nem sempre). Precisava de um medicamento urgente, que por si só já é caro.
Primeiramente me foi dito que 28 comprimidos de 15mg custava R$264,44, mais caro que o de 20mg (R$186,25). Ao questionar sobre essa discrepância de preço entre mgs (que não faz sentido), o atendente corrigiu a informação dizendo que o de 15mg era então R$186,99.
Pedi desconto pois iria levar inicialmente duas caixas, e por ser caro não teria como levar DUAS por esse preço extremamente abusivo, em uma situação de emergência, onde não estava nem esperando que precisaria gastar um bom dinheiro.
Não teria desconto infelizmente, então pedi UMA caixa pra entregar em minha residência que fica a 10 minutos a pé, R$6,00 de taxa de entrega. Total? R$379,30. ????
Como que uma caixa fica o valor de duas? Subi lá pessoalmente e o atendente falou "Mas você vai levar uma só, né? O desconto vai somente para duas caixas".
Uma farmácia com atendentes debochados, tanto por atendimento online quanto presencial, com preços que divergem de atendente para atendente, promoções INEXISTENTES e INCOERENTES. Eu não estou comprando remédio por diversão, é por necessidade e urgência.
Não voltarei a comprar novamente nem se estiver morrendo.
On 10/28/2021, I got in touch via WhatsApp with Ultrafarma Popular, which is reputed to be cheaper than all the others (clearly we see that not always). I needed an urgent drug, which in itself is expensive.
First, I was told that 28 15mg pills cost R$264.44, more expensive than the 20mg pill (R$186.25). When questioning about this price discrepancy between mgs (which makes no sense), the attendant corrected the information saying that the 15mg was then R$186.99.
I asked for a discount because I would initially take two boxes, and because it was expensive I couldn't take TWO for this extremely abusive price, in an emergency situation, where I wasn't even expecting that I would need to spend a good amount of money.
Unfortunately, there would be no discount, so I asked for ONE box to deliver to my home which is 10 minutes away on foot, R$6.00 delivery fee. Total? BRL 379.30. ????
How does a box get the value of two? I went up there personally and the attendant said "But you're only going to take one, right? The discount only goes to two boxes".
A pharmacy with debauched attendants, both online and in person, with prices that differ from attendant to attendant, NON-EXISTENT and INCOHERENT promotions. I'm not buying medicine for fun, it's out of necessity and urgency.
I won't buy again even if I'm dying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso, pedi o remédio depois de horas esperando me informaram pq cobrei que o motoboy atolou em uma rua que passa carro toda hora e moto. Meu filho e esposo doente e eu esperando o medicamento e tratam dessa forma. Se não tem competência para lidar com o cliente, não oferece o serviço.
A negligence, I asked for the medicine after waiting hours I was informed because I charged that the motoboy got stuck in a street where cars and motorcycles pass all the time. My sick son and husband and I waiting for the medicine and they treat it that way. If it is not competent to deal with the customer, it does not offer the service.
