★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo! A maioria das vezes em que fui lá, só um caixa atendendo. E o pior, o preço que está na gôndola nunca é o mesmo registrado no caixa, mais caro, lógico!!!!
E quando comparo os preços com outras farmácias antes de comprar, a Ultrafarma é sempre mais cara....
 The service is terrible! Most of the times I went there, just a cashier answering. And the worst, the price that is on the gondola is never the same registered at the cashier, more expensive, of course !!!!
And when I compare prices with other pharmacies before buying, Ultrafarma is always more expensive ....

Well organized and well attended, however it must be made clear that Ultrafarma Popular is a type of pharmacy totally different from Ultrafarma that has in the Health region, prices and promotions are different .... this Ultrafarma Popular is a franchisee. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 30/05/20 fui até a unidade Faria Lima, e realmente a loja muito bonita. Porém o atendimento deixa a desejar! Fiquei na fila por 9 minutos e ninguém para te atender. Isso porque eu era o único na fila. Não adianta ter bons descontos se não tem bom atendimento! Digo isso porque, medicamento e tabelado, então o que vale e o quanto a drogaria está oferecendo de desconto.
Today, 05/30/20, I went to the Faria Lima unit, and the store was really beautiful. However the service leaves something to be desired! I stood in line for 9 minutes and no one to answer you. That's because I was the only one in the queue. There is no point in having good discounts if you don't have good service! I say this because, medicine is tabulated, so what is it worth and how much the drugstore is offering discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, os atendentes ficam seguindo as pessoas que estao vestidas mais simples, tava de tenis camiseta e uma calça jeans a moca me seguiu em todos os corredores é bem constrangedor! Chamei o gerente pra mostrar minha insatisfação ele parece ser orientado também para tal fato... nunca mais volto
Pessima, the attendants are following the people who are dressed simpler, I was wearing tennis T-shirts and jeans the girl followed me in all the corridors is very embarrassing! I called the manager to show my dissatisfaction he seems to be guided by this fact ... I will never be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que a Ultra Farma abriu na Faria Lima, fui muito bem atendida. Eles tem álcool em gel. Liguei pelo telefone agora, para lá,também fui bem atendida mesmo meu remédio estando em falta. Parabéns Ultrafarma!
Since Ultra Farma opened in Faria Lima, I have been very well served. They have alcohol gel. I called by phone now, there, I was also well attended even though my medicine was missing. Congratulations Ultrafarma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja espaçosa, entretanto não há cadeiras ou bancos para os idosos.
Está unidade é um pouco diferente das demais, iluminação mais clara, formato horizontal mais lago do que profundo e atendentes volantes.
Não vi diferença no atendimento de balcão e o caixa (check out) não me pareceu adequado a uma demanda de clientes que seja igual àquelas das unidades da Saúde.
No geral é uma boa farmácia.
Spacious store, however there are no chairs or benches for the elderly.
This unit is a little different from the others, with lighter lighting, a horizontal format that is more lake than deep, and flyers.
I saw no difference in over-the-counter service and the check-out did not seem to be adequate to a customer demand that is equal to that of the Health units.
Overall it is a good pharmacy.

Great service, my daughter and I were treated with great respect, totally the opposite of the new Farma on the same avenue where an old attendant treated my daughter with disrespect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento mal entrei na loja e já exigiram o uso de máscara mesmo sem obrigatoriedade.... saí na hora, tem outras farmácias ao redor que não exigem o uso da máscara, então simplesmente não volto mais na Ultrafarma da Faria Lima.
Bad service as soon as I entered the store and they already demanded the use of a mask even without mandatory.... I left on time, there are other pharmacies around that don't require the use of the mask, so I just don't go back to Ultrafarma da Faria Lima.
