★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostava muito dessa farmácia até eles começarem a ter um péssimo atendimento no que diz respeito ao WhatsApp.Acredito que se você não sabe utilizar esse tipo de ferramenta não deve fazer uso do mesmo.Os funcionários que atendem por essa ferramenta deveriam ter noção de que estão falando com pessoas doentes e desse modo oferecer um atendimento que fosse no mínimo bom.
I really liked this pharmacy until they started to have bad service regarding WhatsApp. I believe that if you don't know how to use this type of tool, you shouldn't use it. The employees who use this tool should be aware that they are talking to sick people and thus offering a service that is at least good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no WhatsApp 45 minutos para responder tive que ligar 2x para saber se teria o remédio ainda qdo responderam escreveram em letra maiúscula não sei como uma farmácia desse porte consegue ter esse atendimento infelizmente para avaliar precisa dar 1 estrela pq se dependesse não ia dar nada nossa que ódio desse atendimento ??
Bad service on WhatsApp 45 minutes to answer I had to call twice to find out if I would have the medicine even when they answered they wrote in capital letters I don't know how a pharmacy of this size manages to have this service unfortunately to evaluate it needs to give 1 star because if it depended I wouldn't give anything wow, I hate this service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sou cliente desde a inauguração. Sou atendido pelo Roni e João, não tenho o que reclamar, são profissionais, sabem orientar os clientes, são atenciosos. Pra mim esta perfeito o atendimento. Já usei o recurso do ZAP, e não tive problemas algum, inclusive com a entrega domiciliar.
O farmacêutico que tem o nome difícil (kkk), também um excelente profissional. Parabéns pra Ultrafarma pelo nível dos seus colaboradores.
I've been a customer since opening. I am attended by Roni and João, I have nothing to complain about, they are professionals, they know how to guide customers, they are attentive. The service is perfect for me. I've already used the ZAP feature, and I haven't had any problems, including home delivery.
The pharmacist whose name is difficult (lol), is also an excellent professional. Congratulations to Ultrafarma for the level of its employees.
