★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são bons,o atendimento nem tanto gastei mais de 400,00 reais,eo atendente não me falou do frete gratis,eu tive que voltar pois o remedio não tinha na prateleira quando chegou eles não me ligaram ,como era remedio continuo tive que voltar para compra-los minha casa não é tão perto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for por telefone ou por ZAP o atendimento e péssimo, demorado e ainda dei o azar de pegar por duas vezes uma atendente mau educada e grossa, e a entrega muito demorada e uma pena pq e uma farmácia q sempre tem o medicamento tem TD pra ser boa

Mandei diversas mensagens e eles cada hora falava uma coisa inclusive que o motoboy já estava na minha rua ,Eu precisava tomar a medicação às 21h00 o meu pedido foi feito as 20h15 .
Cansada de ligar na portaria e de mandar mensagem para eles liguei e pra minha surpresa falaram que não ia devolver o meu dinheiro e o que o motoboy estava na portaria.Mentira porque ele não estava ,fiquei na linha por 8 m a Natália afirmando q ele estava aqui .
Resumindo o remédio chegou às 22h00,Não devolver o meu dinheiro e ainda atendente falou no WhatsApp que eu poderia tomar as providências em relação a reclamação que não tinha problema nenhum.
Além de tudo recebi desaforo por parte da funcionária.
Não recomendo de forma alguma essa farmácia onde eu ERA cliente !!
Não será só um cliente a menos ,coloquei no grupo do prédio para ninguém passar o que passei .
Péssimo atendimento
2 hours to deliver a medication, and I'm not even 5 minutes from the pharmacy,
I sent several messages and they said something every hour, including that the motoboy was already on my street, I needed to take the medication at 9:00 pm my order was made at 8:15 pm.
Tired of calling the concierge and sending a message to them I called and to my surprise they said they would not return my money and what the motoboy was at the concierge. on here .
In short, the medicine arrived at 22:00, did not return my money and even the attendant said on WhatsApp that I could take action regarding the complaint, which had no problem.
In addition, I received insult from the employee.
I do not recommend in any way this pharmacy where I WAS a customer !!
It won't just be one less customer, I put it in the building group so no one goes through what I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei na farmácia com minha filha para pedir uma opinião à farmacêutica Natália, mas ela nos respondeu em tom tão alto, que todos que estavam na farmácia ficaram nos olhando. Foi uma atitude tão constrangedora que eu e minha filha não víamos a hora de sair daquele lugar, o pior é que ela repetia tudo várias vezes e a gente se sentia cada vez pior. Que triste não é? Uma profissional da saúde, sem o menor cuidado com as pessoas. Espero de verdade que ela leia isso e daqui pra frente, tenha mais cuidado.
I went to the pharmacy with my daughter to ask Natália pharmacist for an opinion, but she answered us in such a loud tone that everyone who was at the pharmacy was looking at us. It was such an embarrassing attitude that my daughter and I couldn't wait to leave that place, the worst thing is that she repeated everything several times and we felt worse and worse. How sad isn't it? A health professional, without the slightest care for people. I really hope she reads this and from now on, be more careful.
