★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje (29/06) por volta das 21h na unidade Dona Benta, o atendente foi EXTREMAMENTE MAL EDUCADO. Liguei a procura de uns lotes de um medicamente hormonal, pois iria fazer uma compra grande desse produto para um estudo, ele atendeu com impaciência, falando alto ao telefone e dizendo que estava com a loja cheia e não poderia procurar. Como ele não poderia procurar? Também sou cliente e também iria realizar a compra, totalmente despreparado para lidar com o público e trabalhar sob pressão.
Disquei o telefone 47527110. Ultrafarma sendo prejudicada por conta de seus funcionários despreparados e mal educados, muito diferente do atendimento da loja próxima a estação de Suzano.
